Get a pickup truck for the fleet.

I gave SPECIFIC & CLEAR mileage from the pick up location to the drop off location because I needed the EXACT COST. I was NOT financially prepared for the ADDITIONAL $130 charge at drop off, so this is severely impacting my life to where I will be short on my rent, unable to buy ANY groceries until April 15 AND all of my bills for the first half of this month will incur late charges, as well as negative reporting for late payments on my credit report AND Overdraft fees with my bank. YOU NEED TO GIVE ACCURATE PRICING SO YOU DO NOT CAUSE IRREPARABLE DAMAGE TO A PERSON'S LIFE! I am not even in the slightest bit kidding. This unexpected charge is putting myself and my family in such a bad spot. I only committed to getting this truck order in because I was told that it would be like $240-$270 which in the end was closer to $438 WHICH I DID NOT HAVE TO SPEND!!!

It was a major hassle getting the truck I wanted when I gave 3 weeks notice. Didn't get the 26 foot got the 20ft. I rented from Friday at 5:30 until Sat. 5pm. Returned truck at 4:45 Saturday and nobody was there. I called and left a message then found the key drop box. THEN I WAS CHARGED FOR 3 DAYS!! I have a friend who works for Uhaul that got it straightened out and I'm supposed to be credited. BUT THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. Terrible terrible service. Never again will I use you.

Oil on the doors would greatly improve the opening and closing. Uhaul needs to consider that it is not just a male population that wrangles the trailers. The tongues are heavy and there is no way to lift the tongue off of the hitch without a jack. Seventy five pounds is a bit much for a lift off of the ground or trailer ball. The company I rented from were courteous and prompt.

Would highly recommend the Lowell,, MI rental location!! Being the first time to rent a uhaul, I was a bit nervous. You hear all the horror stories and see the pictures of the sketchy vehicles that shouldn't still be on the road; but this place is amazing! Clean, practically brand new vehicles, everything works, no rust,. I felt safe to drive the 3hr drive without any worries. Quick service, easy instructions to turn in vehicle. .

The new owner Bruce was super friendly and helpful! Greeted me as if I was family. He and his staff helped me with a vehicle wiring problem for quite a while. They went way above and beyond today's typical service. This group is highly recommended. Many Thanks to Bruce and team, Eric B

Only thing I can think is maybe more inventory. I wanted to rent a truck but no trucks were available according to the website so I rented a trailer. Very helpful people working there!!

I waited in the lobby for 25 minutes for someone to acknowledge me being there. The person working there was very friendly and helpful once he was helping me, but I did not enjoy waiting 25 minutes to even get the process of getting my rental started.

I was billed for 3 days rent and billed for furniture pads that we never got, and I only rented the truck for 1 day and brought it back an hour earlier than I rented it for.
