I had scheduled a pick up at 9am at a closer location, but received a call 5 mins before I was picking up telling me the truck I rented was not available, and sent me to a new location, which didn’t open until 10am. I was also informed mobile check in was not available at this location. When I got there just after 10am, I waited for 45 mins before I could even start the rental process. There were several customers ahead of me, and the very nice woman working was doing the best she could. What was supposed to be a quick process ended up being a long ordeal. The movers I hired to show up at 9:30am stood around for almost two hours. This location has very friendly staff and I have nothing negative to say about them. Uhaul however dropped the ball on this one.

I paid to have my car put onto the tow dolly. The mechanic did not hook it up correctly. One example is that they put straps over a bar that said specifically "place straps beneath bar". It made towing my car very difficult and dangerous. On top of that I spent nearly an hour waiting at this location.

The woman who worked with me to pickup a trailer was not very helpful. After going through the whole process she substituted the trailer for another without asking or telling me. I had to cancel my registration as soon as I found out.

This was the best U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. The lady working the counter was great and she went above and beyond to provide us great service. It was the busiest time of the year and when all other U-Haul locations turned us away the lady made sure she did everything possible to help us out.

When I rented the truck I told them I would pay cash when I got back and instead he ran my credit card without permission and he wanted to blame that he was having a bad day but if I requested not to run my credit card he shouldn't have done it I rent truck's all the time for years and I even work for u-haul at one time I never experience anything like that.

We showed up and the truck was not ready. We had to wait for them to pull it around, attach the hitch and test the lights. Upon testing the trailer lights it was discovered that they were not working. This meant waiting 20-30 minutes while the mechanic fixed them. Overall, waiting wasn't a problem. When we were told the repair was complete I went around to check out the lights and the representative gave me attitude for checking a light that he just fixed so I didn't look at them. I should have because the problem came during the trip when it became apparent that neither light was properly reattached during the repair. We had to purchase duct tape to hold both of the lights in place. Not sure if screws were not put in properly or if the wrong screws were used. Either way, it was an inconvenience and a safety hazard.

Location did not have paper work ready even though I made a reservation a week ago. It took almost two hours for paper to be completed. As a result I did not leave on my trip until 4 hours later causing me to have to stop and spend the night at a motel. Costing me money for a motel.

The place we picked up from was lovely. We ended up having to take a smaller truck than we had reserved due to a late truck. Because of that we had to make two trips which increased our mileage expense significantly.

The front desk was managed with great efficiency! One woman handled three customers with lightning speed, and deftly advised me where to park and where not to park on the street to avoid getting a ticket. Extremely professional.

I put up a $100 deposit and my overall bill was $67. That was 2 weeks ago, I still haven't received the $33 hat was supposed to be deposited back into my account. I will follow-up to see what happened, Not a good experience.

I initially booked this truck to pick up at this location and drop off at location closer to my new home. I was informed upon pickup that the truck must be returned to the original pick-up location, which resulted in additional charges due to mileage. Additionally, I was quoted a charge of $7 and $10 for rental of an appliance dolly and moving pads, respectively. The invoice reflected charges of $20 for each. There was no mention of these charges being daily, just one time. Finally, the drive-ability of the vehicle was challenging and I am concerned as to the road-worthiness of it. I am not a mechanic, but I was concerned at times when driving it after it had been loaded in full. I would not recommend this location.

Reserved a 26' truck, got a 17' truck. Not ok. Guy in the shop was a rude jerk and almost came to blows with my son. Will never use Uhaul again. Been using Uhaul for 30 years. Not the first bad experience I've had for sure.

The truck wasn't there. Lovell's owner/manager worked small miracles to pick up and deliver the services promised. Teach others to be willing to go above and beyond as the Lovelle's location did.
