Barry SJ'avais un problème avec le camion quand j'ai été entrain de station pour vous livré le camion mais les pneux c coincé sur le neige et personne m'a aider ce qu'il fait avec l accélération pour sortir de neige les pneux c glisse j'ai appelé l assurance ils m'a dit que tu doit payer 400dolar...et aujourd'hui j'ai trouvé une autre facture de gasoil 131dolar c trop
issam mAsked why the price was higher then my quote was told it was the tax after taking my money I saw he made me pay for the insurance that I had unchecked that was sneaky and fraudulent also had no washer fluid had to buy my own

Paul GDON'T OVER CHARGE CUSTOMERS! I was over charged a full days rental! Once I told the local U-Haul agent they called uhaul & it was corrected immediately I DID NOT like being OVERCHARGED! It was totally unnecessary! Also I DO NOT like being told that $45 is not a lot of money!! ANY AMOUNT IS A LOT OF MONEY WHEN IT'S YOUR MONEY!

Douglas WI had to get a friend to bring the keys back because by the time I finished, they were closed. But in all, everything went smoothly.
RICHARD JWent to pick up location at designated time. Shop was closed. Called uhaul call Center and was told we needed to pick up truck at another location, as the Atholville location was closed for the day. Other location was over 100kms away! We were able to locate the shop owners personal phone number. He came into shop to provide us with keys 3 hours later (11:00am). Despite having arranged movers at 8:30am. We were also charge full price along with extra insurance which I had not agreed to during the initial Booking. A discount should be applied! Certainly added to an already stressful move day. Bookings should not be aloud to be made when location is closed!

Asked him to repair it but said it was liked that for a while ???? Disappointed but had to bring load in my time frame so took the truck anyway...

stacey fI brought back the truck in Atholville on Sunday morning (before the deadline) and left the key in the dropbox, as agreed, because the garage was closed. Your Moncton office had also written the Atholville address on my agreement. But Sunday night, I got a call from the office in Charlo saying that I should have brought the truck there, and that I might be charged an extra day!!! I called your office the next morning, and the situation was resolved quickly, thank you... but this had caused some stress. I suggest that the destination be clear to all your offices. Thank you!

JOSEPH BThe equipment was very clean, however it Probably would not have been something they would have seen On tue trailer so I don’t blame them at all however the front passenger side tire kept getting hot, not the drum brake, or the bearing hub but the actual tire. The other three tires were good. I had to have two tires replaced back to back on the same tire. I was only supposed to travel 3-1/2 hours which ended up taking over 12 hours and I had to leave some of my cargo on the side of the road just in case it was a weight issue which I had to travel over 200 kms round trip to go retrieve the cargo with my truck after I finally made it to my destination. I would stop every 25-30 Kms to let the tire cool down. Was not a happy person yesterday.
BRIAN Dtruck was smelling cigarette; not the renter fault; very strong truck...hit a pot hole on hwy 15 near mont-gabriel, could have blow tire or suspension, but took it without issue.
Louis LCalling center seam being impatient. We bring it back the same day it was not what we needed exactly. It was suppose to cost 14.95 and it ended up 54$ . We did call to tell that we were bringning it back the same day.

Sandra BWe drop off the truck at around 10 PM. We look everywhere (in the dark), but there were no drop off box for the keys. I had to call Uhaul (and wait more than 20 minutes before being able to talk to someone) to finally put the keys in the gloves box of the truck.
Marie-Soleil SWe revisited the dealer twice regarding the running lights not working & the man told us both times that he couldn’t fix what wasn’t broken. We got hauled over on our travels due to the lights not working. The wires were not in good shape. We also had to sweep out the trailer when we got it because there were cigarette butts and dirt in the trailer. We were not happy to be have spent the money on the trailer with the service or the shape of the trailer
