Conduct some training with on-site representatives. They did not want to take my international license and I spent over an hour trying to get them to process my reservation.

The truck was extremely dirty and could not drive over twenty two mph the steering was horrible it needed a wheel alignment had to hold the steering wheel at an angle to go straight

They could not provide furniture wrapping materials as I ordered by online. Their car was not ready at the scheduled pickup time.

The truck was full of sand and gate wouldn't open or close properly. Needed to force the latch.

Service was not bad it was just that no one check the van after it was brought back from the previous renter and no one checked my vehicle either I’m hoping they don’t charge mi for any extra the van interior was dirty from the previous renter

At 114-05 Farmers Blvd, St. Albans 11412 Ali have excellent customer service and friendly, don't have to way long because he knows what he is doing, the truck run good and always in good condition, I will definitely recommend there to everyone the service is great.

My U-haul truck was not at the location that U-haul indicated as shown below: Pick Up Location: Makabayan Cargo Logistics Corporation 4310 52nd St Woodside, NY 11377 It was at another location in this review, but I was never notified. This resulted in me waiting on the phone for customer service for almost 2 hours and then I needed to get a $50 uber just to get to the location listed here as the pick-up. Overall this experience was horrible, and I haven't received any credit that was promised if the U-haul was not in the location that was disclosed to me.

The location was convenient but I feel that I was overcharged for mileage. Unfortunately i did not record the miles upon return but im quite sure it was atleast 10 miles less than what i was charged! How a 19.99 rental used for in-town travel resulted in $105. Is not reasonable

The worker wasn’t very helpful. Didn’t know where the van couldn’t not be driven and wanted to force the original CC to be charged as opposed the one I preferred on return

Please spend some time and effort to build your credibility and stick to what you promise. This was one of my worst Uhaul experience and I will think twice before signing up for it

I chose to rent because the pickup location was close to the JFK airport. When I arrived to JFK my pickup location had changed. New location was far away. When I contacted U-Haul support they hang up on me. Terrible
