The first location was as helpful as they could be, they had the truck but the previous renter did not return the keys. I had to drive further out to get the truck in the size I wanted. The first location did their best but were unable to retrieve the keys.

The lady at Uhaul head office who called me ths day after I made my reservation screwed me up by changing my reservation without saying anything. If you look at my original reservation it was for 24hrs. It was from 4:30pm Friday to 4:30pm Saturday and on the internet it said the truck was available. The lady who called me a day later said I would have to get the truck at a different location but that the reservation was still good. Then without telling me, she proceeded to change my reservation so that it was for 12hrs only and I would have to return the truck at 4:30 in the morning. When I went to pick up the truck is when I found out about this and I was very upset. The person at the rental location said I could have the truck until lunch, but someone else needed the truck by 1:30pm. So, because of the change made, it caused me a lot of stress and I had to get extra help and work extra hard to finish my move by lunch.

I did the reservation and check in online, also upload all my documents at the day before I need the truck. But when I go to the store, they told me they can't find my reservation and just give me the phone number to call Uhaul. After one and half hour waiting at then phone, someone finally pick up the phone and they told me I picked up the truck already, but I never pick it up. After another half hour Uhaul found out what is going on and asked me to go back to the store talk to them. Then the guy told me said that is their mistake. AND I order the 15 feet truck, they only have the 10 feet truck for me, so I had to run twice between two houses moving. They totally wasting me and my friends two hours waiting and driving time and gas and more kilometers at the rental.

The Lots Shop owner explained everything clearly. When I had further questions later (e.g., where is the emergency light in the truck, how to open the back door), not only did he explain, he took the trouble to show it to me. The vehicle was clean and worked as expected. I've bookmarked this spot so when I need to rent UHaul again, I'll be coming here.

Hi, the uhaul truck I rented last week had some serious issue with he Transmission I was able to drive but the vehicle was reving alot and could not drive pass 80kmh on the highway and it was very loud reving sound. please have a look into it before renting it out anyone else. I had excellent customer service and clean truck from the location will recommend it anyone Thank you

I rented car when l backed car she said you have to pay $57 With tax and everything l also calculated it was wright but yesterday l found in my cerdit she charged me $73 l went to shop but it was closed

Excellent service from Lots. The back of the cube van smelled like the previous user had been carrying livestock. The Lots agent had done his best to air it out and make sure it was clean. Good experience.

Registration was pretty simple. The gentleman was informative, polite, professional and smiled! I would recommend him and return, if needed.

Put in lock boxes so as to pick up trucks earlier by phone

We received online confirmation that the truck could be picked up at 9:00AM using the 24/7 automated pick up system. When we got there to check in it says it requires someone manual and we had to wait until 10:00AM to get the truck. Called customer service and she was not helpful, saying that it's the location owners fault. Won't rent again.

We had picked a location and a vehicle, both got switched on us the day before. Was upsetting. Also the uhaul movers recommended cancelled us the night before - also terrible.

From having horrible past experiences with other locations, this has to be the most efficient, effective, RESPECTFUL, kind interaction and booking i have had. Totally recommend this location to ANYONE, wow they have restored my faith in being able to do business with Uhaul.

The van I rented has a very strong smell of dog feces.

Service was good but the truck was not. I drove 24 km. When I took the vehicle I was told to return the vehicle as it as. I filled the tank ans it took $18 worth of gas. I can't believe it took so much to drive just 24km
