I've rented from this location before so they had my basic info already. This made initial rental quick and easy. I needed to extend a day. Easy. Added to my bill. Drop box for key on return. Very friendly. Couldn't have been smoother!!

Tina WDirty truck and didn’t check the truck before renting it to me. Waited an hour with roadside service only to find out (from a passerby) that the battery terminals were loose. That was it. Takes a few seconds to check something like that before you rent it out to someone. We paid $2500 for a truck that isn’t even checked over before being renting. Poor service.
Peter LThe fuel tank wasn’t full and they knew it when I rented it. I returned it full. I should have received a credit or something. You can do the math. I drove about 90 miles and put 19 gallons in it.

John SThe gentleman that runs the store is older. He is very sweet. Unfortunately, they do not have a public restroom, so make sure you go to the restroom before you go through the process of picking up your equipment.

JOSEPH Whave more trailers that can be taken out of town/one way. It is frustrating to see the sitting there and be told they are for local use only.

Barbara MIt was great, in and out quick. The guy working the counter was a character, I'd kick it and have a beer.
Andrew SDid not provide Dolly or furniture pads as requested, and the key was not in the right spot which delayed my start time by a couple hours.
RYAN HWas hoping for a receipt, but apparently that was too much to ask & was told to just check my email later or I'd have to wait 15 min for them to "do their job." Not a stellar experience.

GARY LThe person at this location was great. Not happy with the overall experience I had this go around with uhaul though. Round trip I had to drive 4 hours to get this truck, which ended up costing me time and money that I could've used on fixing things on my house. Instead of making customers drive completely out of their way to get the equipment, why don't y'all look at hiring drivers that are just their to move inventory around where it's needed.

AMADEO MSheri and Terry have lived in Donnelly for over 50 years and are well known and thought of in the community. They will help you pick the right unit for your moving needs. Terry helped hook up the trailer and check the lights. They are great for conversation and encouragement. They were very thorough as I went through the rental process. I’m very satisfied with my experience.

James JThe lady at the counter was Extremely rude. They closed at 12:30pm on a Friday. Straps on trailer were barely useable because they were rusted so bad. And I can’t emphasize how terrible it was dealing with the lady..
JAMES Pthis reservation was made a month early and we still had to pick up the truck 100 miles away from where the reservation was made from. seems like maybe that could be looked at.
