Easy process
BRADFORD WOutstanding pickup and return experience. Truck was good.
Andrew HThe gas station attendant met me at the gas pump to inform me where to park. Dropped off the keys and showed him a picture of odometer/gas tank and I was done. Easy fast drop off .
NANCY SThe parking area for the truck was limited, as it was already full of trucks, and due to the rain, it was also very messy and muddy. It was hard to get the pictures needed because of the tight space and head -in parking by the trees.
Lisa PCustomer service is very poor and when I got the van gas was half a tank and I told to the person he told me it’s ok when u retune the van keep the same level I retuned the van next day with fill the gas but person change the gas cost from me and he didn’t give me a detail paper receipt

Spenser MTruck had less than 1/4 tank when I started the rental. In the back was a loose dolly and ~6 unfolded moving blankets scattered about. I asked for neither in my rental.
Jake CDid not have the equipment I reserved. Truck was parked behind building, normally that would be ok but with all the rain and mud had difficulty getting out. Inside of the truck was not clean/swept out. There was no pre rental inspection of damages to the truck, how many miles were on the truck, or the amount of gas in the truck. The clerk simply looked up my reservation and gave me the keys.

Mary HRented a 15-foot truck and drove it 34 miles during my whole rental. Put 5 gallons into the tank before returning it and the store claimed I returned it at 1/8th of a tank when I received the truck at 1/4th of a tank. Ridiculous, and was charged an extra 60 dollars for what should have been only a 100-dollar charge.
William YTHIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I COULD HAVE RECEIVE! THEY WERE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. VERY RUDE. THEY WERE NOT ON TIME. U MADE RESERVATIONS FOR 8AM BUT HE GOT THERE 8:45AM. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND. VERY POOR SERVICE FRIM THECPEOPLE IN THE GAS STATION.
Patricia MI was charged twice for the same service (2 different amounts) - i am trying to get it straightened out with my credit card company. I never received a receipt by email. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. .

John EPickup was ok, but very slow. When the truck was dropped off we were not provided a receipt and was told one would be emailed shortly. This was not done and it came as a surprise to see that we were charged around $60 more then we expected. When I inquired about the additional charge I was told it was because I returned the truck with insufficient fuel. This is a lie as I filled the truck right at the place I rented it with the amount required per the rental agreement. Word to the wise - take pictures of the fuel gauge before returning the keys to avoid being swindled.
John MI ordered the van and calculated the miles to and from the location. I was told the total would be $100 with collision insurance. However, I was charged $173 after I left the location. I was not provided an explanation. I will never use this location again.

Min SThe person working there was friendly and helpful. But he had to take a call and I stood around waiting on him. The area is messy and dirty. The only reason I needed a person's associate because the app did not load properly and because I could not determine if I had properly checked in online. I became frustrated because I kept having to input information.
