With the exception of the daughter of the owner who was nice. That said it took way too long to get the truck, had to go two sizes up because they had no trucks, that was a waste. Returning was a nightmare by phone. Our contract wasn't found and they couldn't help after waiting 20 minutes to get help. Had to go in next business day. The lady there the most rudest ever. Shooing my husband out the door saying they aren't open, it was after 10am they were open. Not worth the hassle at all. Hope to never need them again. Wouldn't recommend.

I would recommend only because there are not many uhaul dealers in area Had to drive to Keyser WV for truck and then pick up auto carrier at Long branch saloon in Oakland MD 15 ft box truck interior was absolutely filthy dirty disgusting. windows were dirty inside and out, so many bugs on windshield had trouble seeing. I had to clean complete interior and all windows inside and out before I started trip to AL. windshield wipers need replaced just smeared windshield. I actually used Rainx on exterior windows because wiper blades are in such desperate need of replacement.

Tow/Haul mode has a problem going down hill. Labels in cab did not fully explain the down shift at 60 mph. RPM went to 5000 and did not recover for several minutes. I wasted gas and the unit did not allow the driver to have control. If I got better instructions before operating this unit, I would have had a better experience. I drove 40 and 30 footers for Milne Truck Lines in college and had better control of the truck over 53 years ago. Penske rentals will be my next rental.

It was approx an hour from my house, when there's plenty of UHaul locations within 10 minutes to my house, this is ridiculous! What is the reason to schedule pick-up sites when you make me travel an hour to pick up. Start moving these trailers to requested pick-up locations!

When I did the on line order the order clearly stated return by Sunday 2/16 I returned sunday and the location was closed thats your problem not mine, then you charged me for three extra days, this is unacceptable and I am reporting you to the BBB and posting this trash on facebook, instagram and any other social media outlet I encounter.

It had snowed the day before, it took me 40 to 45 minutes to get the truck out. Went back to the office and they gave me rock salt, didn't help. Next trip she gave me kitty litter and I was able to get the truck out. Windshield wiper blades needed to be replaced. At least 6 inch rubber was just hanging on the blades. Not safe when roads are melting from the snow. Truck should have been ready to go. All the time and gas I wasted getting the truck unstuck shouldn't have been on me

This was a disaster. We had a small time frame to pick up furniture we bought so we scheduled our pick up at 9 am to be there by 10. The location was only 10 minutes away from this U haul dealer. What a mistake it was thinking the 24/7 online process would work! We got there at 9 and it wasn't until 9:45 that they finally finished the set up and unlocked the door remotely. We had to have the owners of the place stay over on a Sunday just so we could get there in time to pick up our furniture. Then, the key ring had a big sign that said "one way rental". Just like every other rental you are used to, we planned on dropping it off close to home (we were an hour away at this location). Turns out that you can't do that using the 24/7 online reservation. We will look for a different vendor next time!

I was charged for a dolly and never received it. I let the company know and they did nothing to make the situation right. They chose not to.
