The truck only had a quarter of tank of gas. They only gave me 171 miles for my move. House to house is 171 miles. They tried to charge me for extra mileage. Added 100 miles and a Ted like they did me a favor. Told me no need to walk around truck being I have Safe move insurance. I said No we will walk around. The hood was spit in 2 places and was not marked. I made Them mark it with bad side scratches. I arranged for movers to unload truck at my location. The system for some crazy reason deflated to 7 days after I turned In truck. I called Movers and they came and took care of it for me.

Because the prices from one location to another were extreme. But again you had my daughters name on contract I was driver and contract holder not my daughter. Correspond to Mr. Reynaldo Tamez, Sr. driver and account holder not my daughter.

Maybe a rewards program. Like if you rent so many times you get 1 free rental day or discounted milage rental or something like that. Just shooting opinions. Other then that everything is great. Many options, cheap pricing, and fast service. So I have no complaints.

My problem was with dropping off the trailer. The person I called per contract said I could not drop it at 2 locations close to me. I was told to do it with I phone which I don't have.

I called July 25th to reserve the trailer. For the 28th. I put my card on file to reserve it. Went to pick it up and it wasn’t there. So I went in Monday morning, still not there. Called at noon, still wasn’t there so they called the customer who had it and he told them oh sorry I won’t have it back until 8pm so they found another one. I got there at 330 To pick it up as they requested and wasn’t able to due to an update or glitch in uhauls system I wasn’t able to get the trailer until 545 that Monday which made me late getting to the shop to drop off my Jeep to be worked on which set them back and in return is making me days later getting back home 12 hours away. Needless to say I’m not impressed. I will say the man at the uhaul dealer did everything he could to help me so I feel like it’s on uhaul end.

Only reason is because the gentleman we returned it to was constantly arguing. About drop off time, gas etc. When all in all we proved him wrong. The gentleman we rented from was very sweet and helpful. He told us we had 24 hours from time of pick up. When we return 2.5 hours ahead of schedule guy at counter proceeded to argue and tell us we had to pay for extra day since we did not have back by 3pm on day of rental. Then he told us gas was not enough we were on incline we told him he procedded to argue. We moved truck and it was correct. All and all experience with person we return to not good. Everything else was great.

They said that I drove 86.2 miles over the 30 mile limit and I in fact did not. I tracked the miles and I would have only driven about 35-40 miles from the uhaul pick up location, to my apartment, and then to my new house. I was definitely screwed out of $37.93 for no reason! And I am not happy. I will definitely not be using this service again.

Maintenance tire system light was on thr entire rental period and have accurate pick up times on your web sit my reservation was cancelled due to inaccurate pick up times for pick up location. And also my card shows yall put a hold for $115.00 and my rental return of truck email says yall only held a $100.00 on my card, which is wrong by my card account online

I have rented here before and never had a problem till this time . I rented a trailer the bearing felt hot on one of the rims so I took and dropped it off I didn’t want to take a risk and wreck so I delayed what I had to do. Well I went back the next morning and the guy said yeah it has a tire with a gouge in it I didn’t even see that after I told him about the bearing he just looked at me and charged me anyway so now need to find another uhaul and rent a trailer and pay double

We received the trailer from Lonestar Lumber in Ingleside, TX. Upon initial inspection it appeared to be in good order, however half way to our destination the driver side fender detected from on one side. When we called Lonestar they stated that they already knew about the problem yet failed to repair the issues prior to renting the trailer.

The young lady that leased us the truck was very polite and helpful answering our questions. Up on return she was busy with another customer but made sure someone was helping us. Great service all around

Rented by the day was told if I rented one way to El Paso it would be $165 I paid $85 for 3 days with insurance. Got to El Paso and decided I didn't want to tow it the 700 miles back so I took it to a uhaul dealer in El Paso who called the 800 Uhaul #. The person told him I would be charged over $400 If I left it there. What a rip off!!!!. So I towed it back to where I rented it 700 miles away reducing the gas mileage on my jeep to 10-13 mpg. Never again, I'll borrow a truck or trailer from family before I let uhaul rip me off. This has nothing to do with the rental experience in Ingleside just with uhaul corporation and their rediculas policies.

I was there for over an hour while he answered phones while completing our contract. I was a little worried if the contract would be accurate. He then had to add a dolly to his inventory before we could rent it but he did know how to do that without calling headquarters. However, Robert was very friendly and helpful once we were outside away from the phone. He needed more help it appeared.

Had to drop off after hours but was contacted the next morning. We discussed the issues regarding the cleanliness of the vehicle. They were helpful in directing me to whom to contact about the issues with the vehicle from the pick up location. Very professional, polite, and helpful.
