Calvin MDid an online reservation and used my phone to pick the truck. Took a while waiting for the agent to confirm my information but overall really smooth. Giving 3 stars since I reserved a furniture dolly but didn't recieve one with my truck and I didn't realize until I had left the uhaul location . Now I'm out $7 plus however much that dolly costs to replace if they charge me for it.
