La cours était un peu pleine mais jai su après qu’il avait un point de dépôt un peu loin sur le chemin .
Peut-être juste indiqué dans le courriel ou le texto ce point de dépôt

I don’t see why I got charged an extra day without notice before, when I actually brought back the trailer before the dealer was even open.
I would appreciate a refund of that extra day charge.

Have a truck near where you need it
I got to pay a driver full price to take the truck and coming dropping for me!
That was awful!!
And after that due to a system bug i got charged 2 times!!
When i call the agent don't give me any solution, i got to investigate myself, send a email to the agent 1 week after anything change so. Very disapointed!!!

Que tous les camions soit plein d'essence au départ. Au lieu de fonctionner avec une jauge d'essence sur papier d'un camion déjà entamer d'essence et de remettre de l'essence a la jauge indiqué comme sur le contrat. =)

DEGEULASSE 1 mois et demis a l’avance pour la réservation et tout d’un coup pus de camion disponnible, ca s’arrenge.. le camion est suposement en retard quand jai d’ecrie le 29 juin 2hpm et il a ete rapporter le 28 a 17h30 et il me charge 208$ pour lessence lorsque je l’ai remplie et c’est 178 et non 208 et un 39$ de plus pour le retard

Les pneus de la remorque étaient tellement usées, qu'il a fallut qu'à mi-parcours, une entreprise envoyée par Uhaul, me change 2 des 4 pneus. (1 pneu était complètement dégonflé).

J'ai donné 10 $ en trop d'essence et il ne m'a pas été remboursé. Que serait-il arrivé si je n'avais pas mis d'essence ? ME l'aurait-on facturé? Deux poids, deux mesures? Ce système est à revoir. Donner le véhicule plein, on vous le redonnera plein, ce sera plus juste.
