Great job . Trucks were clean and ramps worked well. The hand cart and square wheel roolers were a great help. Blankets were clean and any supply we needed was there. Thanks so much. Staff were friendly and helpful.

While the pickup staff and location was fine, the drop off experience at Cool Springs Storage on Mallory Station in Franklin, TN was HORRIBLE. I rented two vehicles (box truck and trailer) totaling almost $1,000 to move across several states, and had to return these on a Sunday. I was hit with TWO $20 "after hours return" fees. I can accept one, but two is nickel-and-dime stuff. Further, I was hit with a $30 damaged equipment fee because the moving blankets (which cost $1 each to rent) were returned wet. Well, it was pouring rain when we arrived to unload the truck, so yes, the $1 blankets were wet, but I paid $30 in penalties. When I asked if they'd at least refund the extra $20 after hours fee or the $30 damage fee, they simply said they would not, regardless of the business. They then told me I shouldn't have dropped the trailer there as they don't accept trailers. A lot of strings attached to this rental and return, causing me to wonder whether I should use U-Haul again. But certainly, I won't use Cool Springs Storage on Mallory Station Road in Franklin for anything, ever.

Fix the Uhaul app. We started using the app around 8:25 and at 8:45 it was still trying to process our information. We had a charged phone and no issues with service. Luckily Lloyds had people who were very helpful and helped us out quickly but the app is terrible.

Lloyd's has three invaluable employees, Stanley and Dillon, and an outside employee that rides the property in Golf Cart (Name? Older gentleman, exceptionally helpful, has been there over 5 years). I have been a local client for several years, and have always been able to actually count on this company. his particular need involved an tragedy, an unexpected death, and your guys were ON POINT and all over it. The older gentleman helped us get to the Storage Unit which we added to our Truck Rental Service, and referred me to a Furniture Mover, Quentin, who showed up, did the job, was exceptionally professional, apt, and helpful beyond what I expected. In short, at a bad time, everyone associated with Lloyd's came through... so appreciated. Such a welcome relief to truly trust the integrity of this group...Thank you. Kelli L. Watson

as your most likely aware, i reserved a trailer on your website with ease....upon arrival, i had to wait 15 minutes and go back thru a series of questions i had already answered for the same rental the prior week. ok but what really got me, as i returned your trailer later on the same day and tried my best to unhook, one of the 3 employees never asked to help or for that matter, asked to be of assistance as i jumped up and down on the trailer gate trying to unhook from my truck. i would prefer to pay more and be treated like a customer that matters. It appears no one really cares at this location!

Rented a small enclosed trailer to transport a couch and rug from NC to WV because rain was expected. When I got them out of trailer they were soaked. The trailer had leaked. Totally unacceptable and trying to get an answer from uhaul is difficult. Good luck to the next guy!!
