I felt trusted as a customer and this location at the Little Sue Mini Mart has earned my business for as long as I live in the area.

Aaron DTurned in vehicle to drop off location by 5pm. No one checked the vehicle after I just returned from filling it up. Had me put keys is a drop box. Then I get me electronic bill that charges me for gas. How can that be? Drop-off for this location in Raleigh was a joke. Doug and Denise at Auto and Truck Repair in Farmville are Awesome. Walked through the entire process. I should have done a round trip rather than dealing with what I have to deal with now as I wait 72 hours for a review process to take place. What BS!!!

BRINSON BThe truck had pet fur all over the seats. The tires were slick and sliding in raid. Truck hesitated to start. Rear view camera has moisture until temperature rises. Plus I was over charging for mileage.

EARLEEN HPick up was easy using the app. The store owner/manager came out to make sure we could open the key lock box and we had everything straight. There were no blankets in the truck when I picked it up. I'm not sure if I should have gone into the store to get them but the communication on that wasn't clear. Fortunately, the moving blanket charge was removed from my total.
Helen BI made a reservation in advance for an 8’ pickup truck for 11am. On my way to pick up the vehicle, I got a call from U-Haul informing me that no pickup trucks were available at my desired location and my reservation couldn’t be fulfilled. They re-directed my reservation to another location with an available truck, 15 miles in the opposite direction I needed to go. When I got to the new pickup location, the store was not open. The customer support rep who changed my reservation did not set it up correctly for “after hours” pickup, and did not realize the new location was not open. I had to sit and wait over an hour for the location to open, making me late for my task. I asked for leniency on the mileage / rental cost since U-Haul changed my reservation to a further location, but was told they would not compensate for the extra mileage or inconvenience I had to take on. Overall, an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience.

Michael IMaintain the truck. Someone cleared the check engine light and then rented the truck to me. Engine light came on within a few miles. It cost me $16 to fill up gas for driving 10 miles. App was confusing, kept crashing, customer service wasn't good either.

Raquel Ti chose little sue because they had the specific equipment i needed. they were fast and efficient. less then 15min, more like 10, to pick up the truck and to be rolling. the only issues i had were a small ones. first, as uhaul charges for mileage, i had to estimate the miles i would drive for the estimate.i was only off by a few miles, and it was a local rental, so, i never knew what the final charge would be until i returned the vehicle. also, the fuel level was 5/8 when i picked up the truck.i said that 5/8 was an odd amount. could they fill the tank, or set the level at 1/2. little sue is a gas station!! all in all, a painless experience. it seems as though there are small incidentals that will raise the rental rate by a few, unexpected, bucks.

Clinton Hreprimand employees for leaving the desk early. Also, checks and balances to make sure the trucks with mobile pickup access, actually aren't blocked in on ALL SIDES! Update the software used for your online checkin, it's buggy, at best. I did NOT have a good experience this go around.

MUSA MI had to clean the windshield and there was no window washer fluid. The people were very nice and helped me through the rental process.

WEUSI BWasher fluid out the truck needed service and it was filthy. That truck has not been cleaned in a very long time. The auto start/stop function also did not work

Nyliah JPlace is fine, it's a dirt lot so "clean and inviting" is not how I would describe it. I did not receive the final closeout receipt of the contract so I called back and the woman sent it to me, she was helpful.
