These people are actually great. Prior to coming here we had a truck reserved at another location, we arrived within the advertising business hours. When we arrived there was no one there to help us, I called the telephone number and the woman answered, she said she was headed to Los Angeles to get away and she could help us. We were stuck without a truck you can only imagine how he felt. Fortunately after being on hold for about 15 minutes through the corporate service, someone was able to help us and direct us to this facility. Again, the information that we were given was not correct but the woman working here was kind and able to help.Joseph B.

Final bill is incorrect and UHaul has not remedied the problem even after being in touch withnregional manager, I have been overcharged well over $100. I will takebthis to small claims court and it will cost the corporation more than the money I'm owed. The customer service skills were non-existent and rude. Employees can't do basic math. My final bill wasnt itemized and they couldn't explain the charges. I will give a negative review on Yelp and Google reviews as well. The woman who checked in my vehicle was professional and thorough even though she was clearly busy and had a lot going on when I arrived to turn in the truck. I really appreciated that! Parking was a problem and could have been a big problem, had I not been able to park behind (what looked like} a company vehicle. Otherwise, a-okay!joan B.

Their office was ok, but the three women at the office couldn't figure out our order, told us to pull around back and someone would be by to help us, they never came. Also, worst of all, someone had gone out along side of one of the vehicles and took a dump! It had been there for awhile and been run over with a truck and stepped in...this was a terrible place to go!LARRY B.

The girl working the desk when we picked up the truck didn't even ask if I wanted to purchase insurance coverage she just automatically added it to my bill. Secondly she gave us wrong information about when we could drop it off then when we did later that day the girl working said she didn't deal with uhaul and we should of used the mobile app w a horrible attitude. To top it off when I called the following morning to correct my bill the girl working said there was nothing she could do and to call another number. Very unprofessional and upsetting that things were charged to my bill unknowingly. Not happy!!!Elisabeth M.

Original reservation was at Ramon Rd UHaul. Hey were absolutely awful, uncooperative and caused me additional inconvenience and costs. They could have cared less. I strongly recommend that no one use this facility.Kent S.

when i called the girl had no clue about the truck having a ramp built into the 15ft truck she had to put me on hold for 5 mins. when i got there the whole process took over 20mins, she did not know really what she was doing she asked me if i wanted the insurance but i said no so the first contract she printed had the insurance on it and that took several mins to fix she had to call so one to help her. when i brought the truck back the new girl that checked me in said the truck was still there and never lefted the business go figure. she did not call any one to go look at the truck for the mileage and gas or any damages to the truck. i estimated the mileage when i checked out the truck at 40miles. i told the girl the new mieage but she did not seem to care or knew what to do to adjust my bill for the extra miles which was a difference of about 15 miles. so i was charged 67.41 thinking this is what the final bill was that i would be charged, then this morning i had a email and new bill stating the new charges which included the extra miles and 4 gals of gas at 21$. they looked at the truck this morning instead of when i checked it in. i had to call and talk to the manager and she had to go back and look at the gas gauge and she credited me for the gas. the whole process was so unprofessional and both girls were so confused on the process of checking out the truck and checking it in. i will not return here again. i rented at a different uhaul place which was not that great either next time i will use ryder truck rentals for sureMARTIN T.

It took over 10 minutes for the one guy who handles the Uhaul trucks to come up to the front office to help me. He was very slow and when the bill showed up, it had put in charge for 2 days because I came in an hour earlier than I had planned (the Uhaul rep who made the reservation told me I could go in earlier). He thought this was a single day rate and tried to charge me this. If I had not threatened to walk out, he would not have called Uhaul to check on this. He also did not ask me if I waned insurance, he just put it on there. I had to question what the charge was. And He only stayed until 4pm--said no one else would be able to deal with my return after 4pm, so I'd have to have the lady the next day deal with the return. I did return it at 4:10 and there was a lady there who processed the return. This guy is terrible.patrice A.

Customer service was horrible. They were extremely slow in doing everything, unappreciative of my time. Seemed to only care about talking between themselves.it took about 45 minutes to check in my rental. Entirely too long messed the remainder of my day up had to reschedule my remaining appointments. This location needs to learn from another store how things should be done. Charged me for to many miles. My total mileage for use of the truck which I calculated the night before and should of been 27 miles but I went over about 10 miles , so how does that equal 85 miles? I don't get it. Never going there again nor recommending. This place is a jokeJajuan M.
Got there. Told the we had rented a truck. Person said truck was not there and sent us to another location in the area (where they sell supplies for horses). That second place was very helpful. They looked it up online and sent us back. At the Little Sisters Truck wash they realized that the truck was in deed there. I then asked for drop off at -Haul Moving & Storage of Cathedral City (Ramon). He said he could change it in the computer. When I dropped it off at Ramon, they said the change wasn't in the system.Johannes R.
This was the first time I have not had a great U Haul experience!Â I reserved the truck for 3:30 PM and arrived before then.Â I was in there over half hour trying to get checked in.Â When I finally received the key the truck they told me to take did not match the truck, so I had to wait another 10 minutes till they could locate the right truck.Â They could not give me any printed contract which they emailed to me. Â The truck was filthy and no one apparently had checked in from the previous renter.Â I have always swept or blown out the trucks before I return them.Â I swept it out but was not pleased and surprised that a commercial truck wash would not have cleaned the U Haul before renting it again. When I returned it the next day around 2:30 PM the attendant told me I was being charged a late charge for returning the truck late.Â I have always returned the trucks on time and have never had a problem. Â I will not use this location to rent a U Haul ever again.Â If I get charged a bogus late charge I will no longer be a U Haul customer.Â This was the only time I have ever been disappointed with U Haul! they thought trailer was there but it was not ...checked with them prior to arriving to confirm. We were to p/u at 10 am prev rental was not returned till 1:30 BUT the clerks were trying there best to help us NOT there fault as there inventory showed it was there. They did not charge us for the rental ..We would use them againteresa R.
