It took over an hour to check out the truck I should have done touch less pickup. Pictures on file with U-Haul were from a couple of rentals prior & didn’t include all damage. All damage was not marked w/ U-Haul X stickers. A previous renter had smoked & a Uhaul location used a masking spray not ozone or chlorine dioxide to remove smoke smell. Wiper blades were old & did not work properly. Right headlight housing was loose so it bounced down the road. Fuel was 50% contract showed 5/8, local employee tried to put down 9/16. All that makes a difference on a 60 gallon fuel tank. The local employee was friendly but the process was very slow & inefficient.

When the business is closed the GPS location doesn't recognize where the uhauls are parked so you have to drive about 500 feet down the road to in front of Stayton food bank so it realizes you are close to the business then drive back to where you park the uhaul. Had to restart the app multiple times and retake all photos. Extremely frustrating!

They called me the morning of the rental to tell me the truck wasn’t back yet from the prior renter due to a flat tire and other delays and wouldn’t be available until later that day. They were able to provide a different truck at the same price and we were able to pick it up on time. They provided great customer service.

Tim SThe driver side mirror made it impossible to see beside me because it's corroded and not adjustable, the location charged me almost $60 for ⅛ tank of fuel. Aside from that, everything went well. I definitely won't rent from this location again due to gouging me on price. Your rates are kind of a joke now as well. I will probably start borrowing rigs from people I know in the future rather than using uhaul again Uhaul used to actually help people when they needed to move. Imagine trying to go across the country in one now. That would be almost a years worth of mortgage payments. Pathetic if you ask me. Uhaul doesn't seem to care about anything but $ anymore

Sarah WI was given a autotransporter trailer with no license plate, I did not notice that it was missing until I was pulled over and given a verbal warning for no license plate on the U-haul trailer. When I called the U-haul location about the issue I was told that it was a known issue and was explained that it was going to be fixed as soon as possible which was irrelevant information on my end not only because the issue would be fixed after I returned the trailer but also due to the fact that I was 2 hours away from the location, that being said an apology was given for the inconvenience. I don't believe enough was done to fix this issue, the trailer should have been out of order until the issue was resolved. Instead it was sent out and I may have had to face the consequences of receiving a ticket if the police officer decided to site me for no license plate.

Other then that it was an awesome experience we rented it for one day originally and ended up using it for two and got everything moved! Thanks for the awesome customer service!
