Vachel LI took pictures in my phone to show that the last person who rented the truck I rented wasn't clean in the driver's and passenger side , there was coffee spills spots on the caddy . The bed of the truck wasn't swept out . My. son , Timothy swept the bed part out for me . I have pictures in my phone from March 4, 2024. When I tried to upload them my uhaul app went off of my phone . The windshield wiper are extremely loud ,but they worked in the rain .

Robert CNot bad, not good. Just an average place. Employee wasn’t friendly and was sort of off putting, but was professional in his duties. Vehicles were parked in a logical manner. My vehicle was clean and ran well.

Joseph HThey were supposed to be open until 3pm. I arrived at 2:30 to drop off my U-Haul and they had the doors locked. Called and no answer. Had to call U-Haul to try and contact them.

CHRISTOPHER NNot a great location. These guys didn’t check our truck in when we dropped it off (an hour early) and proceeded to wait until later that night resulting in an extra day charge. Totally not acceptable!

Ellen BWhen I got to my U-Haul, the inside looked like it hadn’t been used in weeks. There was a huge spiderweb from the steering wheel all the way to the passenger window. I knocked the web down and 3 huge spiders came crawling up my leg. I quickly got out and went inside and insisted a new truck, which they gave me and made sure the truck was free of spiders/insects. Even the new truck was dirty though, it was just dusty and didn’t look like it was freshly wiped down.
Audra SWhen asking how much extra per day I was not quoted along with the insurance. Price doubled. Should be told when extending days if a client needs too.

WILLIAM MWhen we picked up vehicle, mileage was incorrect from system. Caused delays in pick up and drop off as we had to call uhaul both times to address. The vehicle only had a little over a quarter tank of gas at pick up.
Megan SI was charged $104 which I authorized because I didn’t put gas in it which charged me and extra $37 for less than a quarter of a tank. Then I wake up this morning and was charged another $43??? For what? I swept out the back and everything was there. Not happy with my experience

Michelle LThe truck was full of dirt as was the cabin. Despite the fact that I needed it for a couple hours past closing, the attendant insisted that I return it before then. I was unable to complete my move and now have to spend more money. I am not happy.
Samantha PI was charged $235.93 this morning. I would like to know why. I brought the truck back on time, clean, and with no damage. I even took pictures when I dropped it off.
Jonathan PThe return location was in a video game store, and the drop-off location was a strip mall parking lot. The whole thing was weird, and except for a tiny sign directing me into the video game store, I'd have never known it was there. I had to park the trailer, detach it, and push it into place myself, with nobody around, and there was no receipt provided documenting that I even dropped it off. I saved $100.00 by driving the trailer 25 miles to this location (when there was a U-Haul five minutes from my house), so I guess it was worth the money,...but just barely.
Ryan PThe only difficulty I encountered was with the U-Haul android app for check-out and check-in. For check out, it got stuck in a loop of validating my identity, so I had to go inside and check it out manually with the manager. For check in, it got stuck in a loop of establishing my location, despite the "Locations" tab in the same app finding me immediately. This location was great, however. I was standing outside waiting for the app to do its thing, when the store manager noticed me scratching my head and asked if he could help, and took care of business so I could get back to moving.

Rufus mTruck was dirty inside with sticky spills, rotted hamburgers, bottles and cans. One of the windshield wipers wasn’t correctly on and would come off every time you used the wipers.
Bryan MAmazing. I rent in NJ. Return the rental in PA and the review says the rental was returned in North Carolina. That tells you everything you need to know about uhaul!
