Nothing the business can do. The highway department needs to put a cross over across from the business. There are 3 or more businesses in that area now and a u-turn is needed if headed in the wrong direction

Trailer worked as needed. Management went out of their way to make everything hassle-free!

I dropped off a trailer on a Saturday. I am not very good at backing a trailer behind a 26’ truck. The person at the drop off location saw me struggling and came out and did it for me. I dropped the truck off on s Sunday and the gates were open, the drop box was clearly marked, but there were no designated area to park the truck, altough there was more than enough room to pick several areas.

Our complaint is not with this location, but with Uhaul scheduling. We requested and it was confirmed that we would receive a truck in Danville at 8:30 AM. Instead, we had to drive to a neighboring town for 10:30 AM pickup. The blankets ordered were also not available, so the manager refunded our money. That was the appropriate thing to do, but we needed the blankets! Our mattress and box springs were soiled terribly from being placed in the truck.

I was charged twice on my credit card for my rental. Needed my money back on my card with the move. Being a Friday and at the end of the day it took me awhile to get all that straighten out. Calling uhaul and bank many times to fix it before they closed. Then the ramp would not close all the way, it would get caught. Had to get under truck to release a piece for it close all the way. Just very stressful. I have rented a lot of trucks from uhaul and never offered a discount or anything. Not sure if I will ever rent again.

I was assured I could drop the truck during the night because there was a key drop and it was a 24 hour drop off. However, when I got to the location at 11:00pm, the gate was locked. I drove over 30 extra miles and added extra gas in the tank. I will never use uhaul again. Too much time and money was wasted.

My only complaint is that I tried to rent from my local U-Haul dealer but he didn't have any trucks so I had to go almost 15 miles out of the way to rent a truck which added about 25-30 miles to my mileage fees. Other than that, I have no complaints. Thank you.

The reservation process was a mess. I was sent to another location that did not have the truck I needed. The $50 guarantee did not help me much. I had to paid movers to sit around for over and hour while I tried to work out a solution.

Trucks could be better maintained, other than that all was good

We were told one price after we used the truck 2 extra days and when I got the bill it was double.....we went to Wisconsin and when we arrived the computer said we were going to Maine and then they checked again and it said California...... I agreed to added charges of #104.00.....not $194.00....get the paperwork right and I will use you again.....but until then....I won't recommend you to anyone.....

Service writer never introduced himself (no big deal). Was frequently interrupted by phone calls, lengthening my process. He was friendly enough, just distracted. Processed the entire order, then realized the CDW was missing, so had to do it again. BOTH charges hit my credit card!

I was very displeased with the other two Uhaul locations, I had reservations days ahead only to arrive from Memphis,Tn to be directed three times before someone could find a truck the size I required. I had movers at the location all morning waiting for me to supply a truck that was reserved in advance. According to customer service rep I will be sent reimbursed 50.00 for the inconvenience, I have come a lot more out of my pocket than 50.00 to secure my help after the reservations failed twice. I would like to hear from someone about how this poor service will be rectified. *note the place that did have the Uhaul were very friendly and helpful even with all that I explained that location gave great customer service!!

When I arrived to pick up the truck and appliance dolly, I was told that an appliance dolly was not available even though I had made the reservation. The guy at Lincoln Motors let me borrow his personal dolly so it turned out to be OK.
