The employee at this location was rude. We were told at the start that we would need 300 kms, the employee put it into the system and said we were good. When we conveyed this to the employee at drop off, he was rude and confrontational and said we only had 150 allotted. Nowhere on the paperwork I received from U-Haul noted this unfortunately. The location was dirty and unkept. Do not recommend whatsoever.Jennifer B.

Representative was rude and communicated very poorly. Also suggested I was â€œacting like an assholeâ€ when I had to top up the gasoline a few times to reconcile the fuel used. Served other customers while serving me and suggested I was a tourist not a local.Darren B.
Employee attempt to make KM milage correct except uhaul didn't answer phone calls. And he also noted the previous damage to truck box..were no X were not stuck...he called uhaul...they said to just place a sticker on it. I told him I recorded in on their self serve app...which did not appear on his docs...amy P.
