This was not a great place to be. Seemed like a very run down convenience store type of business, the lady helping was nice but a homeless person outside was asking for food and money. I would not recommend this location to anyone. This location did not feel safe or welcoming whatsoever.Preston T.

I had a very poor experience trying to pick up truck at 7 am on Sunday, January 17th. I spoke with 3 of your staff to walk me through the process only to find out there was a problem with tracking. I had to wait until after 9am in which time the staff at that location got there late. I had to pay movers for 2 hours that it took to finally get truck. So service wise I'm very disappointed.marilyn L.

The issue i had was that the driver side mirror fell off when i got on the highway due to the high wind and it not fitted properly in place and it tells me that the maintenance of these vehicle is low otherwise it was all good.Peter U.
Include the furniture wraps when you bill someone for them. Don't promise that it will be contactless pick up when it's not actually and you show up without anyone at the store who can get you the key. This experience was awful.Christine S.

The uhaul they gave me was LOUD. It literally hurt my ears and I was afraid it was going to break down the whole drive to chicago. They also new I was going to chicago and the gas was not filled up all the way. The person who gave it to me also made me pass the inspection section on my phone before I even got to go out and look at the truck.Jacob S.

As I was waiting for the paper work to be finished, I was also hoping the place wouldn't be robbed. I was led to believe that the location I made the reservation with would be the pick up location. The process took to long.when i was picking up the truck and i did everything over the phoneShirley J.
Staff wasn't very friendly. I asked for a U-Haul and a woman yelled a name. After a few minutes the guy appeared. It wasn't appealing at all to have a not so nice attendant approach me with a pistol on his side. when I returned the vehicle he didn't get a check it in. I spotted him in the parking lot and handed him the key. He climbed into another U-Haul truck and said, â€œI'll send you an email in about 20 minutes before driving away.Damion P.

personnel were not very well trained in the process of trailer rentals. CORP needed to get involved, and only completed 1/2 the rental requirements. WE are and and were not happy with the entire trailer hitch installation process, the trailer rental and the storage rental process.Axenic E.

I am very satisfied with the overall experience. The customer service was impeccable. There's a husband and wife team that is operating the facility and they both were extremely patient and knowledgeable with me. Today was our first snow storm, so I drove slowly and carefully. I was late returning the truck and the first comment that the â€œMrsâ€ stated was, are you okâ€? She was very warm, friendly and sympathetic. I REALLY appreciated that!! Thank you!!TRACY D.

I have called the 800 numbers for uhual repeatedly since my rental on July 29. I returned the truck same day, and my receipt within two days but I'm still waiting for my refund to be posted to my account. I called to inquire about this 1 week after my rental. The operator said to talk to my bank, which I did, and then immediately called back the 800 number because my bank never got the refund. The operator said they would contact billing, I also sent an email, and RUSS GREENGO said that my inquiry had been sent to billing. It has now been 2 weeks since I called in and 3 weeks since my original rental and nobody ever contacted me again to resolve this so now I'm calling the 800 number AGAIN. This is completely unacceptable for such a large company. I am very frustrated with everyone giving me the runaround.Joshua H.

even though this drop off location was always in the booking, when i dropped it off they were a little surprised and asked if i was sure it was the right place. odd but it all worked out. he met me in the parking lot so i never entered the building.mary M.

I don't know why u haul made me return the truck to this location which is in a BAD neighborhood when I could have returned it to a closer location.ALEX M.
We reserved the trailer at a location closer to our place and went to pick it up only to be told we had to go to another location. This was not convenient and not in a very good location. Not sure we will rent from uhaul again. Also, we wanted to drop the trailer off in Midland, MI and they tried to tell us to drop off in Bay City, MI. Again this was not convenient and out of our way. We did let uhaul know we would not be taking the trailer to Bay City.Ed M.

I just don't like working outside of an actual Uhaul facility. The person was difficult to reach. When I got there there was no one on-site to explain to me how to get the keys from the mobile check in. The entire process was horrible.Jessica L.

Their Gas Mileage reading was off by more than a 1/16th, likely because their angle of view was not dead on. They did not want to correct the Rental contract that they had sent on, so I took a photo of it, and showed it to my drop off site in Omro, WI, which corrected it. Also, a 7pm pickup opportuynity would have been more convenient, but they closed at 5pm. Otherwise, it was a great rental site and contract & the truck worked beautiful.Ronald A.

It's not the location, it's the company and it's crappy customer service. 3 weeks after I ordered my one way; 2 days before moving day, I'm informed that my pick up location was moved from one 5 minutes away to one 35 minutes away. I had scheduled movers, scheduled everything, so we could have a smooth move, and make sure things were easy on our 1 year old. I called uhaul. The 9 circles of hell that is uhaul â€˜customer service â€˜ kept passing me along with lip service and a â€˜tough shit' attitude, until I was disconnected. Half hour before I got a Lyft to pick up my truck I received an email telling me my pick up location had been moved again. Now an hour and a half round trip to get my truck, because we do the work for uhaul. It's at their convenience. I don't care if that's how it is; it's a crappy practice. Honor your commitment! The man at my pick up location told me he was giving me an extra day for free. I get a bill today telling me I've been charged $40 for an extra day for having the truck 30 hours! You nickel and dime people on a very stressful day because the likelihood is, they're too busy or thinly stretched to go through the hassle of calling and dealing with people who don't give a shit. Every time I call , I'm put on hold for 10 minutes listening to some crap about how my call is important. Take the $40, and the extra cash for the fraction of a gallon I was under. Giving a truck at anything less than full, and demanding it be returned at that amount is shady. I hope Penske puts you out of business. You might make even more money if you trained your workers in customer service. Thanks so much for time.Philip S.
