Louis KangLocation had no personal on site, the lot was all roped / chained off so we could not get on the lot to drop off the truck as directed. Lucky we found a spot to street park next to the lot, but there was not guarantee we would find anywhere to park our rented 27 foot truck! Uhaul should only arrange drop off of a large vehicle if there is actually room to park it in the location. This was not appropriate.

angelina dettamantiAnother weird place. It was a used car lot with a chain link fence around it. No one was there. There were 4 Trucks parked across the street so I parked mine over there. Then it took me 30 minutes to figure out where the key drop box was. Almost just left it in the truck...it was so frustrating!

Kenneth CardonaThe staff was friendly, but the truck was in horrible condition. The back wasn’t swept out, the windshield wipers were extremely old and didn’t work during the storms we drove through. Pretty sure we were given the oldest and most beaten up truck. We travelled over 1300 miles to move out of state and it was super hard to drive this truck. Very disappointed.

I also appreciate that I was able to have a discount on my rental because I dropped it off here. However, the office was cluttered, dirty, and had a very strong musty odor to it. I did not feel comfortable sitting down.
Nicolle GilsdorfI booked the truck for pick-up in San Luis Obispo and return in Santa Monica, but I was informed the pickup location has been changed to Santa Maria because of availability. Luckily, the lady at Life style Auto was very help full, she even gave me extra millage without me asking.

Brian BrownI tried to drop it off at 8 am and they weren't open. I left a message to call when they got there so that I could take the keys back after parking it on the street. They never returned my call. I called about 10:30 am as drop off was to be at 11. I took the keys but there was no place to park. Wouldn't recommend this drop-off location.

Russell SlaybaughTerrible customer service. Was initially supposed to pick up truck in San Luis Obispo but re-routed to Santa Maria. Once I arrived, Uhaul correspondent was not at work. Waited over an hour for her to arrive. 10 ft truck was not available for me to pick up so I was given a 15 ft truck instead. Unprofessional and poor customer service in every way.

Alexandra BoeseMy overall experiences was poor! I rented a truck from Ventura office. Which was switched to the Oxnard office a couple days before pick up. When I arrived at the Oxnard location they did not have the truck. They tried to call a couple of people and were unsuccessful and then eventually found a truck in Camarillo. Now I had to have my wife drive me to Camarillo to pick up truck. Not a very good experience at all.

Tereza BecicaJust a nightmare to try and return your rental to this location. The streets are extremely cluttered with vehicles and there is no 24 hour drop off, contrary to the site saying that they do. The staff here was friendly.

Brian LarsonI got charged $80 for a reservation from Santa Maria to Santa Barbara But had to change it to Ventura instead of Santa Barbara and I got charged an additional $83. I honestly regret going to this location and will not refer anyone to them.
