On calling about tri rental I was quoted $80 for one day move from Lewistown, MT. 59457 to Billings, MT. 59102 , 130 total miles. I was in a hurry had people waiting to help load tri. I signed paperwork to pick up trl. and left. On returning trl. to Uhaul dlr in Billings I was told I was billed $161. WHY? did it go up so much. I called dlr in Lewistown and all the did was give me number of Uhaul dir in Billings to call. I was basically told ' tough shit' and hung up on. I will not be a good reference for Uhaul and will look else where for future rentals.

My uhaul order was to be picked up at another location. When we went to get it, the location did not have our reservation. After contacting Uhaul, they had changed our pick up location to a town 2 hrs away. We got that fixed and were able to pickup in town but at Lewistown Lumber instead. We were scheduled to have it for 24 hours. At 10:30 am We got our truck, which made weird sounds and looked like it hadn’t been detailed since it rolled off the assembly line. When I returned it at 9:45am the next morning, I was charged a $20 fee for after hour drop off. I told the people at counter and they immediately seemed to get the issue corrected. But 2 weeks later, I still have not received a refund.

Terribly upseat i had to drive 300 miles out of my way to oicj uo a uhaul at fault of uhaul just to have the onstar misfiring and loudly glitching the trip. Before the fact this is low quality it also is a major safety hazard to have that going off non stop. Couldn't be more underwhelmed with my service start to finish

Both places were great. Upon receiving the trailer & well on our way we noticed the tags on the trailer where expired. They were dated 2012. I was lucky enough to not receive a ticket. If I had that would of been a whole nother story.

I was sent, BY U-HAUL to 714 NE Main St for truck drop off. This location REFUSSED TO TAKE TRUCK BECAUSE THEY HAD NO ROOM TO PARK IT. They sent me across town to Lewistown Lumber who GRACEFULLY TOOK CARE OF ME. THIS ALSO ADDED TO MILEAGE WITCH I WAS CHARGED NOT GOOD. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND 714 NE MAIN. VERY RUDE.

I was very unhappy that I had to drive 202 extra miles to Lewistown to pick up my truck. I had ordered it 4 weeks in advance to be picked up in Billings. I live in Bridger, Mt. I and my wife had to waste an entire day going to pickup the truck and bringing it to our house. However, Uhaul did give us an extra day, a reimbursement and extra miles. Made me feel better.

Being better customer service orientated...The service representative only had me sign all the paper work and sent me on my way....I checked the truck my self for any damage or defects. I shoveled the snow off the wind shield with my own push broom etc...Maybe this is not part of their customer service....But, I have been at other UHaul dealerships and they will go out of their way to help you...Just sayiing...This place seemed like they did not care less....Thanks..

It was hard to find at night with no lights and no signage for where the drop box was. It's probably fine during the day, just spent way too much time looking around for drop. Called uhaul 800 number for help and they didn't have any drop info, either.

This location was by far the most rude and unprofessional I have ever dealt with I received the wrong trailer for our GMC Yukon they were 3 hours late getting our rentals ready and they lied and told me they had to maintenance the U-haul before we received it.

Because of road construction, we dropped off at another location (as we were told we could leave the trailer at either locations) It was dropped off well before the time it needed to be back. A few hours later, I received a call from Uhaul, wondering where the trailer was. I told her what happened, as Lewistown Lumber was complaining the trailer wasn't there. Next thing I know, I was charged a late fee of $33.28. I called uhaul, and was informed that shouldn't have happened, as it was returned on time. And, I would be receiving a refund in 2-3 weeks (which is ridiculous) It is now August 4th. I returned the trailer on June 20th. I want to know where my refund is.

The location where I picked up the trailer failed to clean the unit and mark a dent in the left front side. When I returned the unit at Chinook 4 hours later, they examine the unit and asked me about the dent and almost held me responsible for it! If it wasnt because of all the mud the unit had they probably would've held me responsible for it!

The tire straps on the auto hauler needed to be cleaned and lubricated wasn't able to tighten as much as I would have liked but worked good enough for the haul I made.

I made a reservation 6 days in advance for (1) 10 ft truck (small trucks not available at this location) and a car doly. One prior to pick up ( they tried to call two days prior, but I am in a remote location) I was informed via email that they cannot get the 10ft truck and my only option is a 26ft long truck(the largest available). my question is why make a reservation that cannot be honored and why offer a guarantee? I did get the larger truck at the same rate, but gas usage will be significantly more. In the future if I have other options than uhaul I will explore them first.
