Personally, I cannot think of anything better to be changed. You did a great job. The truck worked well. The car carrier didn’t sway with the vehicle on it. It was awesome. The cab is really noisy though, so we packed all the blankets behind our heads in the cab. That helped

Wayne HawthorneThe trailer was stored at the lot and because of the season the hitch and safety chains were frozen into the ice and snow in the lot. It had to be chopped out by the agent. And I have used this location many times in the last few years and never had to hook up my own equipment. Seems to be a job for U-Haul employees. NZ bar
Michael AndersonThe teller helping me was Joe and he did an outstanding job. I could tell that the U-haul software was absolutely terrible and was not great for what it is needed to do. It seemed clunky and not at all streamlined but Joe did an amazing job about managing that process as well as the line of U-haul customers. I'd say my U-haul experience was overall really great because of Joe, not because the U-haul system is great.

Keith ClarkThe back door was frozen shut. I had to get a jug of de-icer and a pry bar to open it. It cost me close to one half hour in total.
Eldon CowardThis location was excellent. The mo tires location and the macs store location made this job very difficult. Truck was booked 3 days in advance and when I went to pick it up it was not at either location. I ran around from location to location for 3 hrs until the found a truck on the west side quite a ways out of the way for me. It will make me think twice before using uhaul again due to how unorganized it was.
KENETH RASMUSSENFirst we were told that they couldn't help us with the trailer after the trailer was hitched to the truck. They said we were on our own in terms of how to use the straps or the ratcheting mechanism or supporting the vehicle. They suggested watching a YouTube video as they didn't have an instruction sheet on how to use the trailer which made me question the liability of the company should something happen. Legally companies are not allowed to rent anything without providing instructions and identifying any potential hazards. Then we had a tire blowout on the highway. Obviously this location doesn't inspect or service their tires well enough.

Douglas RomanchukConfused up selling from Calagary office for a different truck that I did not need. I managed to get back to my original booking. Cold weather was a problem causing a frozen door latch but was able to free it. Truck itself was just fine in the end.

Patrick NordstromTruck was a horrible hwy drive. Had a hard in the steering, and the advertising plastered all over it about being fuel saving was complete bs. You had no problem taking a cash deposit, but couldnt refund me immediatley, seams like a scam. Neither the pick up orndrop off location accomdated uhaul customers, had to repeatedly wait for the opperatet to help dozens if customers befire and while dealing with our transaction

Tony MagierowskiThe trailer door latch for some reason would not hold it shut. Opened up after we initially picked it up while we were driving. Assuming it just hadn’t been latched properly we filled the trailer and travelled home only to have it happen again. Road was wet and as such our furniture got wet and dirty. Apolstered headboard might be stained. We were fortunate that another motorist let us know it was open or we could have lost property. The latch when I went to close it was in the locked position. We showed the owner whose response was sorry about that. No asking what could have been done - we expected at least a discount. Not a good customer experience.
Mark NelsonIf it’s possible to help more than one customer at a time to speed things up. Or take appointments for when equipment is ready to be picked up. For example I booked on the app and had a pick up time of 9am. When I arrived at the location I had to wait for another U-Haul customer who wasn’t picking up until later in the day. I didn’t leave until 10 am ! My time is just as important as yours. Thx
