I reserved a truck online days ahead of time but I still ended up waiting 20 minutes for someone to get to the store to give me the keys. The cab of the truck had dog hair covering the passenger seat. The box of the truck was full of dirt and animal hair that I had to clean out before I could load my belongings. Then to top it off I only drove the truck 36 miles and put 4.5 gallons of fuel (15 dollars) in it before dropping it off only to get charged another $12 for using fuel when I left it at the same markings on the fuel gauge as when I picked it up.
