When I received my trailer there was a nail in the tire and the tire was already flat due to that, I couldn't tell until I went to tow the intended vehicle. I paid to fix the trailer myself and I was infact reimbursed for that on my finalized ticket.James T.

The floor of the U-Haul was full of oil and we had just purchased brand new furniture. I was quoted a different amount when making my reservation and had to pay more at the time of pick-up. I was sent 20 miles away from my destination to pick up the U-Haul when there was one right next door to our furniture pick up location. It's our first time using U-Haul and probably our last. I ordered my UHaul at the beginning of August to move the 27th at 5AM at the location on Kostoryz. The day before moving they called me to tell me they don't have a truck at that location, so I had to drive to leopard st. 20 minutes from home to pick up the truck. I asked them to push my time to 6AM since I have to drive so far to pick up. We got there at 6AM the day of and I tried to mobile 24/7 pick up. It didn't work and said I had to wait for the food mart to open at 7AM. We waited an hour. 7 rolls around and nothing store is closed. I called the 800 number and spoke to someone about my situation. She gave me another number to call (local reservation number) to find another truck in my area. It's 7:30 but his time and still no one at the food mart. The lady said the person who was supposed to set up 24/7 lock box didn't do it. She said either go to robstown and pick one up or wait another 10 minutes for the food mart to open. This whole experience was upsetting, frustrating, and just plain bad. I reserved a truck 3 weeks in advance there is no reason why I shouldn't have had it the day of at the place I ordered it.Josue T.

Horrible service. Told me she couldn't find the rental. Then told me she would have to re create the lease agreement. She then told me that the $25 insurance was selected. I told her everything had been arranged by my husband and should be on the original agreement. The quote on line was a little over $90. I ended up having to pay over $125. The location where trailers are kept was very muddy and full of ruts. I feel she deleted or omitted the lease done by my husband ahead of time. I had a confirmation number and she continued to tell me she couldn't find it. Took forever and to be honest, I felt arguing with her would do zero good. I was given a limit of 97 miles, requested to drop unit off in the town I live in, was okay'd by the clerk. Then received an email to deliver it 30 miles out of town... therefore I went over mileage and had to pay for the extra. Did not appreciate that at all.Ashley S.

First off your website sucks. I tried to do the time change from there and it kept going to the home page. So I had to call and the girl I spoke with said....yeah they want you to call in. Then SAY that on your website! Second I had to call to make a time change to pick up this last saturday and called on Thursday to make the time change from 10am to 8am Was also informed the address I chose to pick up the U-haul which was 5 minutes from my daughters house has now been moved 30 minutes from my daughters house and in the Ghetto! So I get there Saturday and not sure why you let this guy have a contract with U-haul! I didn't know I had to pay U-haul and load a trailer myself. YES he told me to go load the trailer MYSELF. and then pull up so he could take a picture. Absolutely horrible!Amanda R.
They called me 30 minutes before time to pick it up the uhaul and say to pick it up at a new location at a food mart that was about 20 miles away. The pick up place close at 6pm so I had to drive 20 miles the next day to return the uhual. They had big rock in a pot hole in the place where I had to pick up the uhaul . I ran into the pot hole and damage my my suv. I had to take it to the shop to have it repairedClinton G.

The trailer had a tire that was loosing tread which i saw on a fuel stop. That cost me a 2 plus hour delay on the road. The roadside service program needs much improvement but the personnel behind it are very kind and helpful. I believe that the system is overwhelmed. The repair guy was a gem, replaced both tires and wheels in under 20 minutes. Outside of the tire delay my experience was a positive one and I will gladly rent a trailer again from the same location.Kevin G.

Rude putting all other customers before Uhaul customers both visits Made me do check in my self and drive vehicle around ti an adjacent lot before he would finish my return and give receipt I drove 25 miles and put 5 gallons in before returning it he made me get back in truck that I already returned to other and go get more gas had to put 10 gallons in for 25 miles.Mona melynda B.

I had to wait 1.5 hours to return the trailer. There was only one person working at this convenience store. There was a constant stream of people and I had to wait for approval to leave the trailer at this location.FRANCISCO R.
The truck was messed up and the location where I picked it up was very complicated. Customer service from the location was terrible, very rude and unprofessional. They honestly have no business renting uhaul trucks. Parked truck in pitted dirt parking lot. Felt like truck wouldn't make it out the potholes were so large. The place to park the trailers are behind the building in the grass, wry uneven, I though we were going to break one of the shocks on our truck. Almost felt like being out on a boat and having large waves.. this location needs to improve their place to park.. will find another place when needed againKitt R.

The auto transports one strap, on passenger side was broke when I picked up. This meant I had to use my own type of straps. Also, the fold down fender was bolted solid and not operable. I had to take an impact wrench to undo the bolts to fold down. This all took extra time. Time also for extra stops on drive to check load.LANCE P.

My problem was the online reservation. The first location that I made a reservation at did not have the trailer i wanted when I called them to confirm. The second location had the trailer, but not the pads that I had ordered. What is the use of online reservations if you cannot get the right information. After having a close pickup location for 6vweeks the location was changed the day before cauding me to drive anout 20 mile extra. The pickup location was in a convenient store with one guy working the counter and the uhaul checkout. He never walked out with me to check on the uhaul or nothing.MaryKate-Robert K.
I was pleased with use of the uhaul, but what I wasn't pleased with was that I had to go to 4 different locations to pick up the auto transport because the office I was dealing with forgot to inform me that all the locations in my area were going to be closed last minute. Wasn't allowed to pick up my reservation up either, had to drive 40 plus minutes to the closet location to be turned around to go to a different one 30 minutes away... and to make things worse they wanted to reschedule or wait a day or 2Oliver M.
