CHRISTOPHER LI have been a cleint of U-Haul literally for decades. I have noticed that whenever I use the online pick up the trucks are in sub-par locations and dirty. I always find myself having to call as there is a tech issue whether it be wifi connection or the info needed is not there and when I finally get going ( usually 1/2 hr later) I'm frustrated by the exp. I do have to say the customer service reps have always been very helpful and courteous. There is a saying that you never forget your first impression, well it's a good thing I've been a client for decades,because if it was based off of my last two experiences I would never use the company again. I do try and shy away from the internet self serve option as it just seems more trouble than it's worth and the locations are well.... downright scarey. The trucks have been dirty so why should I pay for something that is ultimately frustrating and really subpar from going to an actual location and having them take care of it. Everytime I do it that way it's streamlined, the trucks are clean and in good working order, the store is neat and clean as well.

STANLEY KU-Haul representative Ralph in Lehigh Acres, FL was very accommodating and had the trailer ready for us to hook to. He advised us of the safety equipment and helped hook to our truck. He also advised us on the loading protocols. We had called earlier in the week before and he had reserved it for us. Very helpful. Thank You as we had no issues and drove through a driving rain and the boxes were dry.

ROBERT SPlease inform customers in advance if equipment they would like to rent is not available. I had the rental request in a month advance needing a dolly. The location didn't have one and didn't let me know until I arrived to pick it up.

John Wthe trailer that I rented had chains that were too long and dragging the ground. I did not think that was a big deal, wrong the the chains must had bounced so much that one of the hooks fell of whipped around and damaged my bumper and back door. It was not major, but the vehicle was in perfect condition. I bought the 4 runner new 9 months ago. This could have been prevented. Now my vehicle has diminished value.
douglas hPost signage at the establishment. It is connected to a storage unit business and no signage for an entrance to the U-Haul office. Rather confusing.

Pavel JNo cell service and the WiFi they offer was terrible. Took over an hour to pick up and drop off the truck using the 24/7 service, the whole thing was very frustrating
