Very unhappy about having to go to 3 different locations to get the rental I was looking for. Waisted 2hours and half a tank of gas cause the location I wanted the trailer at changed my reservation and the place it was changed to had no trucks available before finally get a truck at legion road. Issue for me was my time and gas waisted along with the fact that it cost we extra miles on the rental truck as this location was 17 miles from my house and the location originally requested was 5. So had to pay for extra miles on the pick up and return along with time waisted as I had a storage unit at the original requested location. Easily waisted 70 between personal gas and run around on top of renting a truck 17 miles out of my way paying a dollar a mile so that alone was $40 in addition to the time and money I lost going to 3 locations to get a truck when gas is almost 5$ a Gillian Tried to explain to the agent and basically got told oh well don’t rent the truck! Piss poor treatment and very very poor customer service Never again when there are other companies in town Thanks but no thanks!

The facility does not have dependable open hours. I was transferred there from another place(A&D Mower Repair) who wasn't open either, only to be met with a ;back in 1 hour sign". After Funaki being serviced I went back to the desk only to find the door locked and not opening for yet another 1.5 hours.

There were three separate transactions off of my card. Lady named Lisa didn’t even check the vehicle in when I clearly had a reservation at 9am didn’t get a truck until 11am. The check engine light was on, no oil in the vehicle and the tires were extremely low. When I gave her back the key she acted like she didn’t care, U-Haul called her after I told them I couldn’t drive the vehicle I only drive it for a mile and gave it back. I went back to the rinky dink hole in the wall called her and the doors was locked. Her attitude was terrible I will never go to this U-Haul place ever again. Will not recommend this place ever.

Operating hours were posted as 10-3, scheduled to pick up truck at 10 but no one there. Sign on door saying would be back at 1100. Came back at 11 and picked up truck but no pads available to rent even though it was on the website. Not a professional operation.

The service was excellent as always. I got friendly services from the sales representative and the uhaul truck length I wanted on the spot. Legion Self Storage exceeded all of my expectations! I would recommend there services to anyone!

Had to walk quite a ways around the storage buildings at night to exit after dropping off truck a little scary for me.

My account was charged March 17th for $50.85 to initially set up and use a 15’ Uhaul truck. I had to use another card to pay for the total transaction amount, as I did not have enough on the first card that I used to pay for the mileage that I traveled. So $71 was charged to a second account, but the initial purchase was not refunded. I’ve tried calling and no one has been able to help. I was told that my bank had to release the funds to get my refund, but my bank has no notice of a receipt for the $50.85 refund. I’ve called several times and got no answer. It’s been close to a month now and I am no closer to getting help.

Picked up truck with less than a 1/4 tank of gas. Took almost 30 min to check out with the attendant, despite doing the ore check in. They could t figure out how to assign the equipment.

The parking lot is very small, and it made it really hard to maneuver the 20' truck. Moreover the pavement is not even, as it has a deep dip, and when we backed the truck to park it, it almost scraped the pavement. Will not use this location again, as improvements or changes to the parking cannot be made. Just poor planning on the architect and the owner of the facility.

The trailer I got did not have a wheel to keep it off the ground and it was on an uneven surface. Also it was behind a truck in a Field and i had to ask the people working to move the truck. Also the wire connection on he trailer was damaged so I did not have working lights which restricted my use of the trailer. This could of been a dangerous experience for someone who is not used to towing a trailer.

Excellent customer service. We arrived 10 minutes early & she still opened the store for us to pick up the truck. We were able to rent a truck with only 3 days notice. UHaul is our one & only truck when it comes to moving. We've now used them twice in the past 4 months. Extremely friendly employees, efficient & helpful in every way.

Christina and Natalie were both very helpful and prices are competitive. I called them because I had originally booked Budget around corner who failed to have my rental ready. Uhaul was cheaper and much better to work with. I will use them again

There was no one available to disconnect my 6' x 12' trailer from my van. I have to titanium rods in my back connecting L4,L5, and S1 and I had to lift the trailer off of my hitch. When I stopped back at the office on the way out, the woman whose name I believe was Sammy or Sandy said why didn't you tell me that you had back surgery, I could have got someone to help you. I have not slept since returning the trailer as my back has hurt all night long. I would suggest that you have more than one person on site available to assist customers returning your equipment.

The truck was very dirty. The lady that waited on me could not find my reservation and tried to rent me the truck for about $40.00 more than my online reservation. After phoning Uhaul and talking to Gary in Traffic she finally found my reservation. There were several men just hanging around which made my wife very uncomfortable.
