At the last minute, U-Haul changed the pickup location for my 10' truck to a place forty minutes out of the way. And it turned out that this pick-up point had ended its contract with U-Haul due to all the customer complaints and mistakes. U-Haul had sent me there just to move a truck for them, essentially. The truck was there but without the dollies I needed and had paid for. I had to take a further trip to pick up these dollies at another location. Then U-Haul tried to charge me for going over the mileage! This also added several hours to my move, inconveniencing everyone involved and adding stress to a stressful day. I will never use U-Haul again.

I ordered a truck for Saturday at 10AM. According to the UHaul website, that was when the location would be open. When we arrived a few minutes before 10, there were already two other people waiting. It turns out the location wasn't actually going to open until Tuesday morning. I was lucky enough to be able to get the keys to the truck via the mobile pickup option (which itself was broken and so I had to call the support line), however the furniture pads I ordered were not in the truck. The other two people didn't get their trucks because they weren't prepared. In the end we managed to get out of there after more than an hour. Based on this experience, I would avoid renting from here and will only consider actual Uhaul locations for pickups in the future.

Our vehicle did not have a mirror on the right side. The very nice gentlemen (with no affiliations to uhaul) put a new one in, but it was the right side- not left, so he had to remove the blind spot, causing me (the passenger) to check for the driver during a 5 hr drive. This was a major safety hazard. Additionally, I had rented a dolly, and that was confirmed, but when I showed up there was none, causing a two hr delay for the move. I called the day of to customer service and expressed these concerns, and was told someone would reach out. I followed up again with the same representative and it has been over a week and still no response or follow up. have yet to hear from a manager or to be compensated for such inconveniences. I’ve worked in customer services at extensive levels and and never seen such poor follow up.

I am so happy for your service. I had booked a van with Discount Car and when I arrived there the location closed early (even though I had a booking for before closing time). They were of no help so I frantically called UHaul. The lady on the other end was so very helpful and I was able to get a truck within 45mins from call to pickup!

I picked it up on a Sunday while the location was closed, to no fault of anyone who works there, the app was difficult to use and took way too long to process. Additionally I was under the impression that the app would be simple but it was not and took into our rental time. Also the emergency break was half broken.

I reserved the dolly to help me move furniture. When I picked up the truck the dolly wasn't provided. I had to run extra miles to find another dolly rental and returned equipment later than planned. I incurred extra charges because of this.

I returned the truck after hours. Street sign was unlit and parking lot was dark. I had safety concerns while there.

Clean the vehicle before pick up. Make sure there’s a full tank of gas.

I would have like to receive a full tank of gas and then return with a full tank. Also, I had tremendous problems logging in the day of the rentals. Finally, I got jerked around by having my reservation moved to a different location (but moved back) and then finding out that the truck I had reserved wasn't available (but then fixed). This is more a complaint of Uhaul as a whole. This location was excellent.
