AC stopped after 15 min.!! When we arrived at our destination an HOUR later, it was stifling!! My partner fortunately is a mechanic. He checked the fuses and relays. He decided to use a different relay switch and it solved the problem. If he hadn't been able to fix it, we would have insisted on a significant discount! Outside temp, was high 90's!!Suzanne H.

customer service rep was more concerned with getting finished so he could go handle his own life. He acted like it was inconvenient for him to be there. Then he told me it was $100.00 deposit for trailer and only put $75.00 on receipt. yet he took $100.00 in cash from me for the deposit. I did not look because i figured he was a uhaul rep I could trust him. When I called to complain rep was not there and the guy, I spoke to said he would have to call AFM because he didn't see how he could refund the rest of my money.Karen A.

I was not able to find the location on Google maps and the original address brought me to another location. The Google maps need to be updated and Signage needs to be around or on the building.Daniel B.
Truck was filthy and smelled, I spent the first couple hours of the rental cleaning it. Beer cans and food garbage in the cab, unknown liquid in the drink holders - red dirt, parts and debris in van box.Greg W.
