A location mapper to find lot lizards easier. First one turned out to be a dude. We talked briefly, went into the travel stop and split a slice of sbarro pizza . After that, we have a deep conversation of how cheese is made and what flavor is best, (you can't top a properly smoked gouda). After arriving to the conclusion that smoked gouda is the correct answer, we stare briefly at each, nod, and go our separate ways knowing we had made it.david M.

All in all, our experience was good, but there were two things that could have been better: - When I called the morning of our pick-up to make sure everything was in order, they didn't have the trailer and didn't seem to know that it would be back by the time we needed it. It did come back in time then, but this just causes extra stress and trying to find a local alternative. - The right brake/turn signal light wasn't working. They looked at and working on it, and I understood that it was then working. But it wasn't working during our trip, which was concerning.Daniel B.

The guy who works at Laymans was very nice and gave us water and helped us out with who to call...but we were stuck outside there for over an hour trying to get the website to work so we could get the code for the "online pickup". He said the website hasn't been working and another guy was stuck there for 3 hours the other day (because you're stuck on hold) trying to get the code. He said he didn't have access to it and so we had to talk to 3 different people, one on chat, and two on the phone, before finally having to take a picture of my face, and the front and back of my license, submitting that and then finally got the code to the outside lockbox with the key. It was so hot outside, that by time we got the key, we were dripping with sweat and pretty miserable. Then we finally get the uhaul, drive to the storage unit and start loading. I asked my boyfriend for a moving blanket that was supposed to be in the truck (I rented 5) and he said there weren't any. So my dresser got damaged on the way over to the house when a board from the bed shifted and punctured it in the back. The thick moving blankets would have protected that from happening. I'm just not at all happy with the experience. The website needs to be fixed because when you get the 6 digit code in your email, there is no where to put it on the website in order to then get the 4 digit code for the lockbox. It just throws you through and repeated loop. This part isn't Laymans fault...but they do need to give all their employees the codes so if the website isn't working, they're able to help you out. It was a sh*t show from the beginning and now I also have a damaged dresser from lack of protection.Kara K.

It was a very easy to handle van the only thing is the AC would only work in defrost mode it would not work in the vents or anything so that was a little hot but we finally got it to come on high and shut all the windows and it did cool off but they might want to check flights doing thatMelissa P.

The guy was a bit rude, when I return the key to the drop box the drop box fell off with all other keys, they left it open that's why, I went inside and told him that drop box is open or broken, he was so rude and told me that the key doesn't go there anyway and he grab all the keys and shut the door to me without saying buy or anything.FATBARDH V.

Absolutely awful. Truck should not even be on the road. Leaked oil all over the driveway from a leak that would be easily noticed if anyone even lifted the hood to do maintenance which clearly is never done. Headliner hanging down duct tape holding panels on. Totally trash. Exhaust leak made driving it an awful experience. The exact reason I will never rent a truck from Uhaul again and warn others to avoid as well.Jeffrey R.

I requested an appliance dolly with my rental and it was not included. As the location was closed on Saturday and I was using the app to check out the truck, there was no way to get one. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.Francis C.

The trailer was ready at the location we were given. We ended up purchasing a lock for the trailer and a lock for the hitch. We had to leave my daughters apartment stuff in the trailer for 2 nights until her lease began. I don't know if you sell locks at Uhaul locations but you might want to.James D.

When we arrived, couldnt get the van - uhaul system was completely down. As soon as it came up (hours later) they called, we were able to get out in 10 minutes. Courteous, efficient. Nice dogs â¤jeffery B.

It a towing company that is on two streets with houses surrounding it. The lock box is on Jefferson Street. There was no clear place to leave the truck so my son drove over to Washington Street after we noticed beside the building their were U-Haul truck. Two men we're getting ready to leave the yard and the told us to put the truck their. Very confusing, just glad we noticed the trucks on another street.DAWNMARIE T.

Location is in sort of awarkward spot as far as parking but the people are very friendly and nice. They are efficient and check in and checkout was super fast. Not a lot of paperwork to do, they have it down to a science. I would definately rent from them again. I recommend them to anyone who needs a rental truck/van/pickup.Crystal C.
