Very helpful staff … very accommodating

MATTHEW J.Nobody was there to receive the vehicle. I was told to leave the keys under the seat with the door unlocked. I left the vehicle clean and full of gas. Then two days later they charged me for not filling up the tank. That's absolutely not true. Made the mistake of not taking a picture of the full tank.

STEVEN S.These guys were great. Super nice people in a great clasic building that gave an inviting hometown feel. I didnt have a single issue or problem. Even extending my rental a nother 24 hours was quick and easy. When I dropped off the gentleman I met was going out of his way to make sure that I and the other two people understood the entire process. None of us felt rushed or left without any questions being addressed. Overall I would give them a ten out of ten all day. Without question I will be using them again for all my future rentals. Thank you gentlemen.

We stopped at the gas station on the corner and we're accosted by very aggressive indigents, left that station and went down the block and the same thing happened; we left and got gas in Katy on the way to San Antonio. I don't recommend dropping off after hour unless you are going to drop off and immediately leave the area.

Dale M.This was not the location we reserved. This was the 2nd location we went to to get a trailer. UHAUL system should not allow overbooking. It is not the fault of the store personnel! But this made our experience with UHAUL negative.

Brian H.I rented a dolly to go with truck. When I got to my destination to load the truck, it was forgotten. I had to go back and get one. Somewhat frustrating.
