The staff are wonderful and friendly, however that specific trailer (and it was the only trailer in town) was kinda abused and need some maintenance. Otherwise everything was great.

Reserved an appliance dolly yet they did not have one. That is the point of having a reservation. Had to get an adapter for the lights as they did not provide one. Was told $10 down the street but it was $25. I would have paid extra for an adapter.

Mike TerrellThere was not a truck available in Claude or pampa.tx, so I had to drive all the way to Amarillo to pick up my truck, then I was only given enough miles to get from Amarillo to pampa, but not to go to Claude and then pampa. It cost me a lot more than what it would’ve cost to rent an Intown and pay mileage.

Alejandro DiazI made the reservation on Friday for a Saturday pickup and it let me make the reservation. Early Saturday morning I got a note to call that you could not fulfill my reservation. Then they transferred it to another location but I had to call back because they never sent me the address or phone and confirmation on the new location. Latinos Autos did a very good job even with little or no prior notice for Uhaul.

Showed up at Western to be told to go to the other shop, went to other shop, wasn't supposed to be opened until 10am. At 10:30am, still no one present, called numerous times to Western Shop, who spoke with District Supervisor and finally after waiting for more than 3 hours, I got the truck I rented. I was late getting started loading, late getting on the road and late unpacking at the new destination. This HORRIFIC service caused me to rent my truck for the upcoming weekend with Budget instead of U-Haul, I will NEVER again use your company.

I would have paid a small fee to have had this truck taken to a better location with better hours that they were open for business. 10:00 am on Saturday is late to get started on a move. This store closed at 6:00 pm and from Canyon was hard to get there and do business before 6.

OLIVIA JOSLINI had to wait - even though I set up a pick up time. Was forced to use a check (wouldn't take my card), put a $ hold on my acct. for twice the actual est. cost. The man seemed "put out" when I wanted to do a walk-around to check for 'X' marks. I'm not from this area so recommending this local is no concern, I won't recommend U-haul in general. $.99 a mile is ridiculous!

MICHAEL SATERThis location apparently gave me the wrong Truck number. I had a blow out 30 mins into our trip and I later found out that another rear tire had no (ZERO) tire pressure. After the blow out was fixed 2-1/2 hrs later and I filled the other tire in the snow the truck handled fine. I cannot even imagine how a company would send out a truck without even checking the tires.
CHRIS MCMENAMYI had called ahead to explain that I would be there before they closed on the date of my drop off. They still charged me $40 extra dollars because the truck was late a few hours. When I called the pick-up site they said there would not be any further charges. I explained this to the drop-off site and it didn't seem to matter. I have a few more moves to do in the future and will seek another company to use. Thank you.

MARCUS BRADFORDI had to install the trailer myself not to mention pull it across the parking lot due to wrecked vehicles blocking access. If I would have known the situation prior to paying I would not have rented this item. Worst experience ever.
