1. I called and reserved. I'm in the system. So easy. 2. I show up and scan my license into the website prompted by text. 3. I pay 20 dollars. 14 for insurance. .99 a mile. Taxes. 73 dollars total plus 10 for replacing gas. 4. I win. 5. The ladies are so nice to work with.CHRISTOPHER H.

This is the best U Haul office I have ever texted from!! And I rent ALOT!! They are so professional and efficient , not to mention how friendly the staff here is! This facility was not open but your 800 number was absolutely atrocious. I waited on hold for about 45 minutes for a gentleman to transfer me back to the main menu. I will never use uhaul services again. I'd have your customer service team possibly sit through a seminar that encourages patience, or possibly just being helpful to a human being.Eric B.

The 24/7 app sucks. I got a text to upload my drivers license about an hour before my pickup time which I did and which was fine. I get to the location and it requests that I upload my drivers license again which is not fine. Then the entire process after that was filled with delays and just waiting in the heat while getting bitten by mosquitos. Finally I did what I should have done from the beginning, I went in side and checked in with a human who was helpful. But again, the app sucks.robert N.

I was charged $79 rental fee instead of $19 on a van I rented. I told her I only needed it for 1 1/2 hours and only 30 miles but she said it automatically put a hold on my account until I return the van then they adjust the bill. She also said it had a full tank. When I drove off and got on the highway I noticed it was less than half a tank of gas. So when I got off the highway I stopped and took a Pic of the gas tank. I returned the truck 1 1/2 hour later. In the morning I was charged $79 for rental, plus mileage and filing up the tank. The $40-$45 rental became $111. Later in the day the gas was adjusted but the the $79 fee. Finally I got charged around $55, but I only owe about $40... I contacted the office twice and have not heard back. Now I have to visit the store for the 3rd time to try and resolve this! I don't have the time for this! But what other choice do I have? My husband and i have used this store many times in the past year.KIMBERLY B.

I was asked to sign a receipt for the rental truck at the drop off location. I was not given a copy of what I signed for which incorrectly states I was not involved in an accident in that vehicle. I did have a minor accident, not the rental truck was not damaged. Additionally, I was charged for something that wasn't discussed with me. I did buy "Safe Tow" for that vehicle. Bad service one the part of the drop off location personnel.Pamela B.

The email where you have to take pic of licence, does not seem to always work. It would be better if more interactive. Problem solving with hints? All this checking in online after rental is redundant and unneeded. It's all handled at store. Maybe a thank you Mr._____ see you in 24 hrs. That's all that's needed. Brought the truck in at 5:30. Was told by staff member that we needed to fold each and everyone of the 24 blankets in the back of the truck or we would be charged a $25 folding fee. I worked real hard to get the truck back before this location closed and I'm glad I did. If I would've gotten charged $25 for not folding blankets I would've been very upset! I just wonder where it says this in the contract because I did not see this? Have not experienced any level of professionalism from any of the U-Haul locations at this point! Very poor customer service skills at both pick up location and drop off location! Maybe your U-Haul representatives need a lesson in proper customer service skills. Skills on how to treat somebody who is using your service! Your current representatives make you feel like they are doing you a favor. When an essence it should be the other way around because you are choosing to use U-Haul for your moving needs... just sayingRussell A.
