Richard REverytime I lease a trailer, the wiring has issues. It is always one of the following: Turn signals will quit, one or both Brake lites quit, lights just quit, or just a " mixed bag" of all of the above. The U-haul corporation has a long history of not looking in to these issues. Landrum hardware tries to resolve them. They are good hard working people .

Kelly SThe driver's door does not completely close so at highway speed there is a lot of wind noise. The app does not acknowledge the location properly so you have to go inside to complete the transaction.

Michael BCan't think of anything. The process was simple. The truck took care of my needs. I rented the truck at a local hardware (Landrum Hardware, Landrum, SC) where I often shop. The personnel there is always great to work with, and they handled everything without a problem.

Rowena HCorporate dropped the ball on my reservation. They told me one place to pick it up, even sent me an email confirming it. But they sent the reservation to another place that isn't even open on Sat. The employee "Jane Bruce" was extremely helpful and found us a truck and dolly but it was in another state. The employees there "Landrum Hardware" were very helpful also. But what should have been 30 min. to pick up the truck turned into 3 hours. What is the point of a reservation if the truck isn't there when I need it?
kathy hTruck work great and everything on uhaul was great. Other then customer service and being told they are charging me 7 days and to change drop location. Even tho I drop it off at a u haul location this store wants to charge me additional 7 days and change drop location. I will not send no one to a u haul until the people learn manners

JERRY SI tried to book via the U-Haul web site, but it seems communication between the central site and the agents are non-existent. Dealing directly with the local agent was the only method to resolve this. The web site indicated that the two local agents were set up for "sharing" and I could transact business via smartphone when in fact, the first agent was not and the second agent said "the smartphone process never works" Deal locally for a better experience.
Daniel Kthe door to 5x8 trail was hard to open and close. it did not slide without a great deal of push and pull and it would get stuck im several spots
JULIA OI dropped off the truck ahead of schedule but the people there would not know this because they do not open until 1. So they checked in the truck when they arrived not when the truck arrived and this caused additional fees. Not acceptable. Now I have to wait for a refund.
James FA clean rental truck. The truck had trash in it from previous rentals. IT also leaked, had several wet boxes upon arrival at destenation. This location doesn't have a facility to clean unit.
David MHad the vehicle for 30 minutes drove 2.5 miles merchandise to pickup was not available. However this place still charged for not using it. I’ve dealt with U-Haul for years and never found people as uncaring and rude.
