pickup/dropoff location was fine. Customer service (app and by phone) was awful when trying to deal with two issues (low tire pressure and issues with getting the trailer off the hinge).

Billy BThe drop-off location was less than ideal. Was my chosen preferred location not available for drop-off? No one called me to confirm my pick-up or drop-off locations as stated in the email notifications. Also, I never received an email receipt after I returned the equipment today. I followed all the streps and uploaded all the required photos. At the end of the check-in, it stated I would receive an email confirmation.

David WL&L (Shelly) was very professional and done an amazing job helping us get the u-haul after hours and went above & beyond for this u-haul rental.She explained everything very throughly and I’m glad we rented here instead of anywhere else.The only con I’d say would be the outdated computer equipment that’s at the location-an upgrade is needed along with a wireless printer.that was the only issues we encountered other than that everything was top notch customer service!!!

Donna MFirst a customer service rep at Uhaul was not honest with me when she booked our trailer. Next we were made to drive to a location that was much further than we anticipated. The cost of the rental for being just one way was ridiculous. The pick up location and the gentleman we dealt with there was very good.
