It was fine. Normal pick up place. Guy was nice but trailer chains were drug prior to pick up.

I reserved the truck for the miller trunk hwy location. It is a hassle to go to a different location. I picked this location for a reason. Saginaw was an extra 30 minutes each way out of my way Proper customer service would be for YOU to move the truck to my selected location.

The tire sensor light was on the entire time and at the time of pick up I was told to “ignore it, it's fine.†Next time I'd feel more comfortable in a truck with no maintanance lights on.

Better GPS directions -- had to call and the very nice employee stayed on the line until I got to the location.

This location was to be open 9 am to 5 pm Mon-Fri. I arrived there at 11 am on Tues. The gate was locked & no one was there. When I called the number, I got a fax machine. I called the 800 number and they gave me another location at The Racing Line, 8101 Highway 59, Loxley, Al. This store was to open at 10 am. Someone finally showed up at 12:15 pm. He said he does not unhook or take the car off the dolly. He might get dirty. I was told in Ringgold that someone would unhook for me. The Ringgold location did hook up for me. I am a woman in my 60's and a full time RVer. I had intended to rent a car dolly from U-Haul every 4 months when I moved, but I will not ever use U-Haul again. I will buy my own car dolly.
