Hi, my overall experience was good. However, I believe you have a rat problem. When we moved out of your storage facilities we had multiple items destroyed by RATS- baby crib, office chair, high chair, 1 mattress and a few other items.Brennan W. | Overall Experience

A larger sign showing where the office is located would help. I was lucky to notice a tiny sign in the window, or I would have gone into the wrong building looking for the U-Haul office. Other than that small (pun intended) issue, it was a great experience!James P.

I will never rent from this location again. Twice in a row I have not gotten the unit I wanted and the one in charge is not on-sight to fix it. He relies on the phone app to do his business and the app is a POS. But the app is a whole another problem to be addressed in another comment.CHARLES R.

Easiest uhaul transaction I have ever had. I will use this location from now on. Uhaul web site needs work anytime I have ever tried to go online and rent a car hauler trailer it always says not recommend and doesn't let me finish. So I have to call a location with a car hauler and have them put the info in. A 2013 Ford F-150 with a 5.0 in all 3 cabs have a towing capability of 11,300 pounds. So I don't like a website to tell me i can't haul a 4,000 pound car on a car trailer!Johnny G.

We have been using this storage for a long time. My main disappointment has been the change to automatic payments. I have had problems with automatic payments previously. I enjoy paying in person. I liked that I was able to rent digitally while the facility wasn't officially open, however a couple of minor things occurred. First, the van was lightly dirty inside the cab and back area - just needed a light sweeping. It Could be due to a previous rental that weekend, I don't know. Not a huge deal, just something I noted since it was asked if the van was clean at rental time. Second issue was confusion on where to return the keys. I picked them up from a lockbox near the parked U-Haul, so I figured that's where I dropped them back off. However, once I couldn't get that box to relock, it became apparent that the drop off was waaay up the hill near the storage office. I could barely see the box from where the trucks get parked, because of the size of that location. I believe the U-Haul contract/directions needs to be specific on where to drop the keys off after-hours, or at least provide a picture of what the drop-off lock box looks like.Gregory M.

I drove a total of 46 miles (from rental location to Frisco TX location, 23 miles one way and back to rental location. I did stop for gas to refill before returning. So my total fuel bill was $29.00 / 11 gal. I told the gentleman my issue and he shook his head and said Frisco was far. If your gas mileage on your trucks (empty) is less than 4mpg then me and my moving company will no longer be using your business. Either your gas Guage is broken and truck was really not full when given to me or manager is crooked. Either way I will be letting people know in this area that this location has some issues with integrity.CHRISTOPHER A.

There was no trailer jack on the trailer and not one available either. The attendant and I had to lift the trailer onto the trailer hitch. I returned it after hours and there was not jack for me to use at that time either. Just had to do the best I could to get it unhitched and off the trailer hitch on my truck.ROGER B.

I do not like 24/7. No personable service. You spend your rentable time dealing with everything yourself. Don't think the price on the van is for 24hrs. It was only good for 6hrs. I got double charged for 12hrs. Will use different company for my final move.Keith B.
I placed my reservation a week before my move. The day before my move I have to go from a 26ft to a 20 ft and pay the same price the equipment that I reserved was not available and the moving help available on the site canceled the day before my move. The trailer I reserved was not at the location I reserved it at. It was 6 miles further away (with traffic approx 25 minutes) The trailer I reserved was not at the new location, I had to upgrade. The person handling my checkout was on the phone with another customer when I got there. I had no problem with him completing that call. 2 customers came in after me and he stopped my check in to take care of them. this was a problem. He calculated my bill incorrectly, I had to show him my reservation. He did not have the hookup for the lights and had to go find one. I will not be using or recommending this location.Bruce B.
Thank you for emailing the receipt of the rental. This was the only communication I received confirming that the trailer was 'back in safe hands'. We dropped the trailer at 11:40 AM on Sat., 9/19. A sign on the door indicated the person would return at 12 noon. We called the number listed as a contact multiple times and eventually left a message. I specifically asked for a callback to ensure there were no issues with the cargo trailer upon check-in. I also returned to the location on Monday to check. No one was there! And, no one returned my call!Joel N.

My experience with the location and staff was fine. It was the reservation process that was awful. I understand the weekend of Aug 1 is a busy weekend however I made my reservation 1 week or so in advance. The day before I was scheduled to pick up the u-haul I received a call stating they could not fulfill my request and would need to go to a different location that was farther away. I didn't complain since I understand things happen however later that evening I received another text. The second text stated they didn't have a truck available and were going to try to have a response the following day by 9:30 but it was no guarantee. Mind you I made this reservation 1.5 weeks in advance. The next day I called U-haul customer service and while the representative was helpful I had to drive to a different location that was 25 miles in the opposite direction. Not only was my reservation changed twice I wasn't even offered a gasoline voucher for the distance I had to drive back. This experience was not the best and I've used u-haul before.Eduardo S.
