It took until today to get my receipt and I turn in the truck a day early. Please give me a $40 refund on my cc. The staff at the edmond U-Haul said I would get a refund if I turned in the truck early.

They told me they would be sure I was not overcharged for mileage, and that they would check the truck in for me a day early as I returned it, but instead they charged the original estimated amount without doing anything that they promised. Basically a rip-off. They kinda just wanted me to shut up and go away. The regular person who handles it was out, but I was promised that all would be made right for me the next day when he returned to work...it was all a lie!
JEAN AWhen I picked up the trailer, the first person was rude and disrespectful. The next, Steve was very courteous and helpful.

PHILLIP CTook over an hour to get into the truck. Only one guy could rent it and he ate fried chicken and talked to his friends while I waited for him to get it ready. He really didn't care. Pretty much rude and unprofessional.

kenny sWe have NEVER been more disappointed with a trailer company than Uhaul. They can make a reservation they just won't hold the reservation! They had us drive 2 hours away (1-way) from our original pick up location and still had to wait another 2.5 hours till a truck was available. With gas at a all time high the extra travel was not properly reimbursed!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! And the call center was rude. We will NEVER promote Uhaul.
Lori TThe truck wasn't available at the time of our reservation. We understand that it is out of their control, we had to wait for the previous driver to arrive with the truck. However there was no communication that the truck hadn't arrived several days earlier like they had anticipated. We drove from far away to arrive to the pick up appointment on time and it was incredibly inconvenient to our move schedule to drive out there and have to wait for the truck.
