And the deal and the price was unbelievable for the 3 months that I needed for and 24hr access which is very convenient. We'll rent again in the future if I need it

BUT I had absolutely no other issues with the rental. The rental experience was a success. The managers of the store were very nice, and very helpful!! I've actually booked another rental truck with them in the upcoming week!

MELONIE LOnly issue was the gas tank was on empty when I started out. Had to immediately go and get gas and estimate how much I was going to use. I did appreciate the credit back on my account when I delievered with more gas left than I left.

marco mI had multiple problems with this rental. I was promised a furniture dolly, but it was not provided. This caused real problems. On top of that, I was charged for the dolly, even though I was told twice I would not be charged. Upon truck pickup before the location was open in the morning, the wrong keys were left in the lock box. I called the Regional Traffic office and they helped me open a 2nd box (provided the lock code) and, again the wrong keys were inside. Finally the 3rd box had the correct keys. The online system also could not properly handle the fact that I moved and my address was different than what was on my drivers license. Overall, very poor customer service.

LARRY GIf we had picked it up 30 minutes later when the 800 uhaul number was closed we would have been out of luck. This place didn’t have our order correct in the system so uhaul had to contact them so we could log in and pick it up after hours. I’m addition to that, none of the extras we ordered were with the truck, the appliance dolly, furniture dolly, furniture pads; but don’t think they didn’t try to charge us for them! It was a mess!

Doug UThis was a much better experience than the last time. I really liked that I was able to talk to a Uhaul rep after the MADERA local was closed. The Uhaul rep from Firebaugh was so helpful and patient with me as I figured out how to use the Safe Haul app.
NIECKY OThe truck we rented was clean but the first time we tried to decelerate on the freeway it was obvious that the truck had some serious transmission issues. Since we were on a tight deadline, traveling 300 miles and were doubtful we would find another one way truck we decided to chance it. Thank the Lord we made it 🙏 but it was a tense situation for most of the 6 hr trip. The tow dolly was in need of some maintenance as well. The ratchets that tighten the straps over the wheels was barely functional due to all the rust. Overall this could have been a much better experience. Be more knowledgeable on prices of products. Inspect and service equipment more thoroughly and regularly.
