Equipment was clean but yhe seat belt buckle alarm kept.goung off even with it buckled, and the transmission was making the engine rev high so I used alot.mor.gas than I should have. This location is great though. They always help.me out when needed.
James RWay over priced paid just shy of 600 for a trailer to haul a car was said it’s for 5 days and I had the damn thing two no sign of refund for the 3 days I didn’t use it. I had to constantly put air in left front tire and the straps didn’t /wouldnt stay tight. Where I returned it concurred .

Tristan AThe A/C did not work. It was 55 degrees when I got the truck. It seemed to work then, of course it was blowing out 55 deg air. 2 days later, after the truck was loaded and we started the trip back, did I realize there was no A/C. It was 80 degrees with rain and it was a miserable drive home.
Mark HThe driver side windshield wiper was loose. I discovered this in the middle of a rain storm when the wiper was flung across the driver side door/window while driving through torrential rain on the interstate. I was forced to lean over to the passenger side to see through the windshield in the storm until I could safely pull over.
Zachary TThe person at Groesbeck was very helpful and fast. When I explained to him that I did not receive the blankets and the oil was low, he said he was sorry though neither were his fault. He was friendly and helpful.

As usual she took care of my needs. I have never had a bad experience at this U-Haul location and it is because of the staff.

Alan Hthey were not open when Uhaul said they would be open so I had to drive an additional 80 miles for a trailer and then pay extra to drop off at this location because the rental became a one way rental. they were closed at drop off time and the Uhaul app for self return did not function properly. I call 3 times to Uhaul and NONE of the people were helpful and they ALL gave me a different story on what to do. I did call this location the following day to confirm my rental was correctly checked in and they were nice and it was. Overall the experience was frustrating and costs me more than it should have.
Chris MNot call me the night before and tell me I have to drive 100 miles to pick up the truck I reserved locally.
Ryan HThere is a definite lack of customer service at this location: when I arrived the man told me "I don't have that trailer and I don't know why you are here". I said why would they have sent me here then with a reservation? He finally pulls up the reservation on the computer and says, "Oh I have that trailer." He was rude and condescending.

Elaine MI was treated like I was there to rob the place. The male present grab the keys from my hands before I could even introduce myself and the lady ignored me completely. She did explain the mileage was 6 miles over and she did give me a receipt and my deposit back but she did all the talking and didn’t respond to anything I was saying. Very racist experience and I will never use this location ever again and will be sure to warn other POC to find another moving company if this is the only drop off location nearby as well. I asked if the plants she had were for sale and she said yes, but did not want me as a customer for some reason.

Randy MThe face to face representatives are always friendly and know exactly how to do their job. The online/app follow up people are among the worst company representatives in the customer service business. Maybe 1 of 5 actually know what they are doing and can be proactive to solve problems. My rep suggested I drive thirty miles one way to pick up a truck. It was the only option he offered . I cancelled and redid the reservation and the next rep said the truck was not there but if I jumped from a ten foot to fifteen it would solve the problem. Online follow up rep needs to be aware of area. My U-Haul place is less than a mile from my home but the rep was happy to add $60 plus to my rental .
