Joyce JDuring pick up, staff was not very customer service friendly. Acted like taking to an annoying friend rather than a customer. During drop off, waited for over 20 minutes for the store to open past opening time and it never did so I left. Would not rent from again.
Adi MThe cab of the truck smelled like cigarette smoke and their was a butte in the back of the truck. The U-Haul app is terrible. I had to take picture multiple times and then they would disappear and I would have to repeat the whole process. It didn’t say I completed it, but it then came up as complete, so I’m not even sure the pictures went through.

Keiosha GRented the U-Haul for 12/7 4pm pickup with a 12/9 4pm return. Received call Saturday morning, 9:21am asking where was the UHaul because it should have been returned at 9am. I explained that was not the case and that I had official UHaul documentation stating the return time was 4pm. After a few minutes of discussion, the agent said that he would update his notes to reflect a 4pm return.

Janice LThe person who helped me was very nice as far as the uhaul it was disgusting and had roaches in the front and back. Not mention they charged me twice I shouldn't have been charged at all because I spent half the day trying to get rid of the critters in the uhaul.

antonio sDid not open the store on-time. Personnel not friendly. Personnel did not want to hook-up and secure, then photograph the trailer hooked to my truck. Personnel seemed mad I was renting a trailer from him.
DONALD PI had reserved a dolly, but when I picked up the truck the attendant said he just gave out his last dolly.
Ronnie RI wanted a car transport trailer he stated he was going to book it at an another location I get to that location it was not done. I just look at my account he also charge my card twice for the u haul truck.

Gary EI arrived at location to pickup a 10’ truck. Agent was nice at counter check-in but upon inspection of rental, truck would not crank and entire backside was caked in mud. The agent made attempts to jump truck. However, I declined the rental as I did not want to risk getting stranded. The reservation was cancelled and a new one created for the following day at 7am. At arrival the next morning, an online check-in had to be completed due to business being closed on a Sunday. After check-in, rental showed to be unavailable for pick up until 10am. Needless to say, the 2-day experience with this U-Haul location was absolutely frustrating!

Frank TSTOP OVERCHARGING PEOPLE FOR NONSENSE. I Rented the uhaul for all of 38 minutes and went 12 miles total round trip and my charge was almost $100. WHAT A FREAKING RIPOFF!!!! I will NEVER utilize these services again!!!!. I even paid the extra insurance to be safe despite knowing I’d only need it for a quick pickup. Only to be RIPPED OFF!! I will make SURE to NEVER use them AGAIN.
Konstance CMy entire experience with UHaul was a disaster. I first had my reservation in Ruston, La but then called before leaving on the day I was supposed to pick it up, just for them to tell me the trailer wasn’t there. They said I could either wait another day or drive another 40 minutes to a different location to pick one up. I opted to go to the other location where they said they couldn’t give me the trailer because it was blocked in by others and the worker wasn’t able to get it out. So then I was sent to a third location only to be told that the location didn’t have my reservation. I had to wait over an hour for customer service to cancel my reservation, make a new one and then pick up my trailer. Only to finally be told, you have to pay an additional $60 upfront because you are using a cash card instead of credit card. The whole experience was a nightmare and I would NEVER recommend UHaul to anyone.

Yasir MWe were there to drop off a tow dolly. Uhaul representative was engaged with a customer renting a $20 hand truck. I removed vehicle from dolly, unhooked and placed it on the lot during the 30 minutes it took. Another individual (customer?) was also there with 3 young children using the bathroom. Later observed them behind the counter.
