Was told I could pick up truck as early as 6am , Very important detail being a date and time was given by. court order . We got there about 6:30 .We tried to phone pick up , wasn’t working , ,We decided use the 1800 Lady that answered was truly trying to help , She went as far as charging pick up location to one that was supposed to open She stayed on Phone with us till we got there . We got there , Find out. no one showed up , or couldn’t be found . . She tried calling the new location, Then tried calling A Manager, .Then suggested another location for pick up saying this time she herself would call ahead to make sure someone would be their to help us .I had a very important appointment before move and could not take her up on this offer, Thanked her and told her I would be back @ 10:00 When the first pick up place was open . Got done with meeting and headed back . As if it wasn’t already a night near , it gets worse . Show up ask if we could now pick up truck , He said you said you was picking it up this morning you did not so I canceled your reservation. I questioned why ? He replied you said you would pick up early before we opened . Not having any time to go into further,I ask him to fix , He said he could would , Gave him my credit card Drivers license, and he took them .He started to from what I understand to make new reservations,I did question he it was going to be the same service,He said I know what i’m doing ,I have done this for 15 years , I stood back and let him do his job 20 minutes later he , was done ,. I questioned if the storage shad was on the new registration, He answered what storage ,what shad , At this point i’m so stressed at the hour i it was now after 11am Police department was meeting us at location of move in i40 minutes now , I walk out to get fresh air ,Took maybe 2 whole minutes do that I come back in and He hands me back my credit card Drivers license and tells me I’m not helping you any more ,You Go . I left and my sister,try’s with him ,he tell her he won’t help her . We had no choice but to call the 1 800 number back . The new Lady that picked up the line was very helpful,She told us to go inside tell him she wanted to talk to him . We did he refused to talk to her and wouldn’t answer the business phone to her . She seemed to me to be surprised and shocked this was happening , She told us she was going to have “big boss “ call him She did and told us she would do all the paperwork her self over the phone and We would just have to go back in and pick up the keys , We were headed to location of move to leave someone there to explain the situation to officers cause We had literally 3 minutes until court order time to get everything moved . We head back and he gave or left the keys on counter and my sister went in and picked them up . Please if you are on a time meter DO NOT USES THIS LOCATION. I do thank the “Big Boss “ and the two very helpful lady’s that answered the 1800 number ,We were late , but was able to get the important stuff out of moving locations. Although there was heart felt apology,From Lady’s that answered 1800 number , nothing else was offered , and that’s okay .

The location is behind a car shop and is not well maintained. The trucks were parked haphazardly, the location of the lockbox for keys was not clearly marked and the lot itself was in disrepair. I picked up when the lot was closed, so perhaps when it is open some of these things are adjusted.

The location was very small but the concern was I went in to ask where to park the vehicle and the man behind the counter said that I could give him the keys when I was done. I went online to check out - take pictures etc while I was doing this he walked out of the store around the corner where I parked the uhaul and he then asked my son for the keys - my son said no . We finished online check out and placed the keys in the box it was very uncomfortable and a bit aggressive on his part. Because this was not a traditional drop off location I’m wondering if another customer may have thought they should have turned the keys in with this worker

Very unfriendly clerk, I had to load and bring to truck 1 dolly and 6 blankets. Truck was on complete empty. Truck was dirty with debris

The pick up location is inside a liquor store which isn't a big deal except the clerk didn't seem to know much about the rental, terms, insurance, etc. When I asked questions he was extremely rude. While I was there I even looked to rent somewhere else. When I asked what the insurance covered, the clerk responded ' no-one ever asked me that....everything' I wasn't given any paperwork until I went to another location to buy boxes. They printed my contract for me. So if you want to wait between liquor store customers and be treated rudely and inadeptly, you should go here.

This location was the worst I've ever experience. He was rude and very unfriendly. I will never rent or return to this store no matter how close it is.

The man running the location did not acknowledge us when we came up. Before we left to return the truck its gauge was just under the 7/8ths we received it at & would have been around 8-9$ for the gas upon return. However when the man went to check the truck, he revved the engine 2 times which I’d never seen before while having a truck inspected. When we went inside he wound up saying the gas gauge was below 3/4 and charged us $30. I will never return a uhaul here again.

I am very unhappy with this location. The store owner was very rude and mean. I did mobile pick up so I can have minimal contact as possible. He still asked me for my drivers license and told me that he could not find my reservation. I read him the procedure off of my phone and he still did not want to release the key to me. I I rented a 26 foot truck and had trouble leaving his parking lot due to overhanging trees and crowded parking lot. If it wasn’t for me being a very experienced driver, it would have been impossible to leave because I had to back down an alley way into a neighborhood in reverse. I highly recommend evaluating this vendor due to my experience I would not wish this upon anyone else. Please call me if you need more information.

When I finished processing my reservation for mobil pick-up the day before they text me that they don’t do mobile pick-up and they don’t open until 10:30am. That delayed my move a little. Thirty minutes and the day of pick-up my reservation was cancelled thru e-mail without my knowledge. I go and pick-up the truck and the employee said there was no reservation with my name so she had to re-enter my reservation again. There was a delay again. Then I pick-up the truck and it seems like there was homeless people sleeping in the back cargo because there was a sleeping bag, clothes and shoes. This experience was horrible. Please do much better u-haul. I’ve rented u-haul before and my experiences were great but this time it was miserable.

They suck had truck for 4days and they're trying to charge me $500 . I cleaned and sanitized cab and enclosed back,, and it had more gas than when I rented it

The location Kwik Shop rented me the 15' U-Haul with the gas tank filled to the 3/8 marker. The gas gauge was between the 1/2 tank and 1/4 tank marker. The location did not provide me with a receipt when I picked up the truck and said I would receive an emailed receipt. I never received the emailed receipt. When I returned the truck on 5/14/22 the location charged me the Fuel Surcharge for 3 gallons. I asked why since I returned the truck with the same amount of gas. The location said that when they rented me the truck it was marked at 1/2 a tank of gas. The person at Kwik Shop showed me a printed receipt with the truck marked 1/2 tank. Since I didn't have any proof of the tank being filled to 3/8 I had to pay the extra Fuel Charge. I asked the location to print me a receipt and he refused and said he didn't have access to a printer but somehow he had a print out of my receipt from when I picked up the truck. I never received the receipt from when I picked up the truck but when I returned the truck I received an emailed receipt with the extra Fuel Charge. The air conditioner in the truck did not work and the dashboard was sticky from what appeared to by spilled soda. I will never rent from this location again and will take my business to another truck rental like Penske or Budget.
