LINDA FIt’s was night so Nobody was around, better that way because then I’m not bothered. I wanted to do my pick up in Gladwin but they were closed all week or something so I couldn’t get the truck so that’s why I went to Clare, way out of my way ending up having to be charged more than I wanted…. I arranged for it over two weeks ahead of time and I never received a call when I was told for verification. I ended up having to go to Claire for the truck spending way more money than what I had to…
Dakota FUhaul was “clean” but dripping wet from the ceiling to the walls and floor. Had to use cardboard on the floor to keep our boxes from getting wet.

Dennis VThere was a negligence at this location of checking the necessary winter fluids before equipment is available for rental I rented a truck from this location I drove it to Alabama and for 18 hours through the huge Christmas blizzard called "winter storm Elliott" (-30° 60 mile per hour winds heavy snow and ice) without windshield fluid The accumulation of ice snow and highway grime on the windshield obscuring the view out causing the aleady treacherous driving conditions to become even more treacherous This was scary and dangerous situation I hope this never happens to anyone else it was such a major amount of distress

Ruth AWhen I pick the truck up it wasn’t clean but it wasn’t dirty. I drove the truck to my destinations and unloaded. I was then build a $25 cleaning fee. The truck was the same as when I picked it up.
