Javier ATruck was very dirty inside. No onsite parking. Reserved mats / blankets to wrap furniture.....didn't realize until I got to the storage unit -- none were included. Have to park either someone on the street or recommended in another store's parking lot and might not be the safest place to leave a car for the day. Person doing the paperwork onsite was very nice though.

DAN FMy rating has nothing to do with the "location" of the pickup, and in fact, the lady working at this location was very helpful and I'm not sure if I could complete my rental process without her help. I'm giving this a single star because of how awful the experience of using your app for the check-out/check-in process was. The app kept having problems, connecting to the internet, using the camera, or just pulling up information. I got stuck on blank screens multiple times without any error messaging to even communicate what's wrong. Ultimately, I wasn't even able to properly check the vehicle back in, and if it wasn't for the gas-station attendant's help, I'm not sure what I would have done. Fighting your terrible app has also cost me at least an hour of my time, making it a stressful, rushed experience. I will thing twice before using or recommending your rental services again if I can find an option where I don't have to use a broken app.
MICHAL Kkudos to the staff. They are amazing. That was my first time taking the rental truck from U-haul and I was bit worried, but the representative helped me in the signing process, explained me everything and that was a very quick and easy process. At the time of returning the truck, another representative came out from the office as soon as I reached in the parking, validate and verify the truck and gas level and other stuff, explained me the amount I owe based on my distance and within 5 mins I was all set!! Really nice experience.
Milind BAfter we got the truck loaded it wouldn't start. The moving helpers helped my son get the truck to start. My son said that it sounded like the starter was going bad.

William SKnorrs is always great to work with. They are quick, courteous and always get me what I need. A few notes on the truck (because I was tired and forgot to tell them): 1. The Aux jack seems to have something jammed it it and doesn't work. 2. The windshield wipers need replacing. 3. The outside passenger door handle loose.
