The truck was easy to manage. Nice and clean. The price was higher than expected. Person at Marathon was very friendly and knew just what to do ,Got us out with no problems..

The manager goes above and beyond. He is extremely helpful, gave me tips on where to find free parking for my car, and helped pack my car. Even though I could've rented a UHaul closer to my destination, I still chose Marathon in Carnegie!

I was extremely disappointed that the rental we received had a burnt out headlight. Considering we were driving in the dark, is illegal and not to mention very dangerous. You emphasize taking caution and safety measures, however provide me a rental that was unsafe.

After finding out my trip registered nearly twice the estimate mileage, he did a double check on the computer and double checked the mileage of the truck. He apologize (although none of this was his fault.)

I was met with a rude customer service I was cussed at at and I was told “just fucking leave” and I said excuse me where can I drop the dolly she said “just fucking drop whatever and leave” and I called customer service and attached photos of where I left the tow dolly

Truck worked well, plenty of power, when I need another truck and not anytime soon, hopefully cause moving sucks. I will come back here and rent again. We rented the 10-15ft, perfect for a two bedroom house or apartment.

We booked the 17” truck at one location and got confirmation email, but that location doesn’t have the trucks. Customer care asked us to go to other location but even there, we got 15” truck Instead of 17”, due to which we had two trips doubling the mileage cost

We picked the 6 x 12 trailer up shortly after the previous customer dropped it off. It could have been swept out and washed. Covered in road grime it was tho it met our needs. Still, as a previous manager of a car rental company, it should have been cleaned, inside and out. Plus, this trailer has no 'foot' or 'stand'. Very difficult for a 55 year old man to lift this to a ball. Please consider some sort of lift or adjustable foot for this size trailer. Thank you.

The vehicle was clean but badly maintained. The Headlights weren't working. The Brakes were very poor. The rear door storage door was jammed

Everything was good except for one big mistake. When I talked to the lady on the phone I told her I needed the truck for the whole day or at least until 8pm and she said that would be no problem I said great thank you. Then when I got to knorrs marathon the lady there told me that I needed to have the truck back by 4pm witch really messed me up because I needed to make 2 trips and I only had enough time to make one trip. Thank you

Thought the overall price and upkeep of vehicle was poor. Couldn’t adjust mirrors appropriately and safely for vehicle operation.

This location takes forever to get your uhaul and to return uhaul. It took 25 minutes after my scheduled time to leave the plan and 20 minutes to return. The back of the truck was not sweeped out even though I get charged $30 if it isn’t. Can I charge you 30 since it wasn’t? I returned it right where it should be and got 20 questions about returning. She rudely questions me like did you park in the the right place, is it sweeped out, is the gas filled up very quickly while dealing with another customer even though I have done this several times at this location and know the drill. Also decide not til fill up with gas because I didn’t use much. She said there was “7/16” and then saying it went way down but I don’t know how she got either of those measurements because there is only a half full mark on the dial. This location is the most convenient for me but I have ALWAYS had terrible experiences there. Makes me want to try a different truck company, probably will next time.

The alert for the driver's side door kept illuminating and so I had to slam it shut several times every time I started the truck, but other than that it was fine.

We were suppose to pick up in another location at another time. This was the only place with size we needed. We told them we dropping off in another location and we were told we were not allowed. Also that we had to have the truck back by 7 am! Not Noon like we ordered. Complete debacle and will NEVER RENT UHAUL AGAIN

This location and the employee was very friendly and accommodating us to the TERRIBLE experience UHAUL provided during this move. Our first location did not provide the truck that I reserved. They left the keys inside the building and were closed. UHAUL conducting business with this kind of place is completely pathetic. I was literally moving that day and had to scramble to find a new truck in a new location and completely out of my way. This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a company. Truly awful.

The staff can be curt at times. It's also a convenience store, so you don't get the same undivided attention you would at a dedicated UHaul facility. They don't have supplies readily on hand like a dedicated facility either. Also, there's a lack of coordination between the actual locations and the main corporate switchboard. This was the second truck rented for my move. For the first one, I specifically requested the truck be charged to my credit card when my nephew picked it up. The rep from the main corporate number made a note on the reservation and said it would be now problem. When my nephew arrived, he had to pay for the truck. When I came back later to see if I could have the charge reversed and put in my name, the person was rather rude about it. She said no, I'd have to call corporate. In both instances, the trucks worked fine and were clean.

Customer service at this location was good- better than I decided trying to call the U-Haul hell line. The truck itself was not in good condition.

I would like to see an easier approval process to pick up the truck. Mine took around 20 mins today and I had to wait at the pick up place. The time lost was not extended from my scheduled return time.

We didn’t have a dolly but by the time we realized, we were sidewalk deep on a heavy dresser (haha) so maybe just attention to detail; however, they were more than accommodating in taking it off our bill and apologized profusely. The DIY check in and out was a nice aspect but it was kind of tedious. That being said, I totally get every part of it; maybe just send a email letting guests know what to expect. There very well could have been one and I missed it. I was kind of a one-lady show at the registers, but they handled it so well. Overall, awesome customer service and I’m really happy with the Uhaul experience.

The locations of pickup and drop off were great and the people were nice but the phone customer service was insanely bad. The girl on the phone with me said “ugh Jesus” when I asked a question as she tried to rush me off. Check the phone recordings, she needs to be looked into.

I never rented this U-Haul truck. I made a reservation and someone came in and took my reservation leaving me and my husband with no truck on our move-out day. We had to rent a truck from Enterprise costing us more money and I had to pay our scheduled movers while they waited for us to find another truck. The store clerk claimed that he said he was me in order to get my reservation. Why would they not have checked his ID? My information was compromised as I received a receipt through my email for this rental with all of my information on it including this man’s first name but he used my last name. This completely incompetent staff gave this man my last name and let him sign off on the paperwork with it. I would like a call back or email regarding this.

When we picked up the truck it was dirty he said he would note that however we brought it back cleaner than we received it and they wanted to charge us plus I had to fill up the tank even though I only got it with 3 quarters of a tank of gas. It also took them over 30 minutes for us to drop it off.
