We were expected to drop the trailer with no inspection or receipt for the return. "The boss will check it when he gets in ". Not reassuring for a reasonable transaction. We were concerned about extra charges when there should be none - clean and not damaged in any way.

Felisa RHad to wait about half an hour to be attended as uhual rep was not there. Also I returned the truck with the same if not a slight additional gas reading but was charged for gas shortage.

Brennan BThe shop ppl were Kool they guy was helpful and did what he could for me. The issue was the truck was brand new had 15k miles and the alignment was off and the tie rods were shot. I had a few scary moments hitting rain when It was loaded and unloaded. The issue is I don't think there's anyone in charge of maintenance on the trucks.

Charles SI drop trailer in this location, no visible signs, no body can help me because their boss was the only person how work with uhaul products, i return trailer in the morning and they received severals hour later so uhaul charge me for extra day , i call later to uhaul and they reimburse me for the extra day , i never have a problem with uhaul before but i think is always a first time
JOE MOwner (the person who does the rentals) was not their when we arrived. I had a reservation for 11:30am and my husband didn't pull off that rental property till 2:00pm. The owner was cussing and acting a fool and saying I'm getting rid of this fuckin company. Very disappointing

Luis DPhone number does not work. Nobody was present to assist at the time the location indicated to be opened by
EDUARDO LI knew I could drop off because it's a service offered and on the door it says Uhaul drop off and has a box for keys but it was very uneasy dropping off. Very dark, no labels where to put anything Uhaul, there was no other uhaul equipment. I almost left because it was so bad. The parking lot was tiny, only had one spot luckily or I wouldn't have been able to drop off.

Cosette DThe gentlemen that assisted us on picking up the trailer whent above and beyond what he needed to do. There was several issues with my reservation and he spent ALOT of time on the phone with uhaul to straighten everything out and even stayed after closing time to help get us the trailer. I woul definitely like to thank him for everything he did for us.
Ken GImprove paper work for pick up. My pick up took almost an hour after i had completed all info over the phone.
David Imobile app did not work but fortunately I got help from chat line and connected to website. Mobile app needs work!

Roberto RWhen I reserved this Uhaul I checked to do it in person not online. Get there and the place is closed. That should have been notified to me that I couldn't do that at that location. We had no idea how to do it online. Waisted 45min figuring out what to do. Called Uhaul and the person walked us through the steps. At drop off the place is not lite well and people were walking around smoking weed. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. We were scared had our adult children lock themselves in car while we returned truck

Jason VI was waiting in this location for assistance the guy took 15 minutes to come back and wen he came was telling me I have to go to Others store for the truck because he was busy whit another customer selling tire, he was telling me u haul is no he's deal. Very bad experience in this store.

Keith Pinspect and service your trucks prior to be given to customers especially long distance move. poor response from management in response of managing problem and communication response time. customer service transfers constantly to another personal and does not even give the information already reported so you have to repeat yourself and often stay one hour on the phone to then be told. truck you rent weeks prior not available at site on day of reservation and then need to change location. Poor management response to situation and follow up. If that were not enough, when you reach out to the original manager who rented the truck, the person says they only get a small percentage and are a franchise call UHAUL and ask for a manager theres nothing I can do is not the response for the customer. I am still awaiting compensation and no one calls you back. I had to call back today from work and spend 35 minutes between two reps to get the case opened and sent to a manager. Horrible experience.

jose hour first pickup in Gainesville was a disaster, the pickup at KNB went better.
scott eIt was unclear as to where the leave the truck. The location was poorly marked from the street. There was zero lighting and it was extremely difficult to find the drop box because of the lack of lighting. I wouldn't have felt safe if I was alone dropping off at night.
Christopher SI went to my local location for the rental who told me they didn't have a dolly big enough ( i thought toe dollies only came in one size) and searched fir another location. The guy at recommended location was nice enough but didn't check out the equipment on leaving. Got back home and found the rear light didnt work. Don't know if its a bulb. I know things go bad from time to time..

nikita sPerson in charge not polite at all. Very rude. No manners. I will not used this location in my life. He insulted me and was very racist. I am very unhappy.
CESAR LThe location is sketchy and unorganized. I was supposed to arrive at 9 am to pick up my equipment. I called the location, I called Uhaul and played ping-pong. Uhaul customer service wanted to send me an additional 9 miles out of the way. About 9:30 some guy comes strolling in, smoking his cigarette and tells me they know nothing about my reservation. After an hour I finally got my equipment and left.
