Figure out U-haul 24/7. If it wasn't for the owner at KMc, my move would've been ruined. The 24/7 thing and the customer support handling it just made everything worse.

There wasn't any issues with the location but I'm pretty upset with uhaul themselves. It took me two separate days and several hours to rent a uhaul because of their flawed checkout process. Someone with my exact id number in another state owed money so i was flagged. Improvements need to be made to their system because moving is a headache enough

This has nothing to do with KCM. When I made the reservation, the webpage said that I was guaranteed pick up at a certain location. The day before pick up, U-Haul called me to change the pick up location, about three miles further. I agreed and when I arrived at KCM the trailer was ready but I was informed they didn't have the blankets. I spent one hour on hold with customer service to no avail. My wife called around and found a service center that had the blankets so I drove 15 miles out of the way to get the blankets. U-Haul should be glad that they are the only game in town because their customer service is unacceptable!

Great customer service. I arrived and the employee helped me guide the trailer in. He unhooked it. I felt bad, I didn't have to do anything. It was also a very quick drop off.

Personnel were not at the facility at the appointed time. Reservation was for 1530 pickup. Facility personnel arrived at 1555. No internet service so it took an additional 40 minutes to determine which trailer was to be used. Eventually we were released with a trailer that was not assigned by Uhaul.

As is the case for a lot of U-Haul locations, this location has limited inventory. So, would I hesitate to recommend someone pick up equipment from this location if it has the equipment they need, no, I would not hesitate. But I would not rely on this location to always have the equipment someone would need.

I asked that a ball for the hitch and it wasn't there and had to be brought from another store. I wasn't told about the driver side fender of the trailer pulling out, so I drove the car on the trailer found out the couldn't open. So after going out the pass widow and reading all the info on trailer I found the two rubber dodads then I found out how to pull the car on and get the door open. This info was on the E-Mail I was sent, but I don't read my E=mail every day or some times weekly. It is grand to see what an 81 year old man can get out of. HAVE A GOOD AND REMBER LIFE IS GOOD............some where.

After dropping off found out we were given the wrong unit. They showed it 7/8 full and it had less than 1/8 tank of fuel. I drove 2 miles and had to put in 50 gallons of gas.

Called 10 times and no one ever answered the phone. Had to go back to the location since they did not answer the phones. Went to find out about extra charges on my card and would not help me. Said there was nothing she could do or could not look up the why. Had to call Uhaul. Was not helpful at all.

Honestly spending $120 on things I had to move personally myself, damn near pulling something in my back. I was told that I would spend 35 on a van it was the only one available. Because I went over the miles, they ended up taxing me on whole of other stuff. I'm a single mom and trying to have to move that much stuff. Paying that much money is not worth it. They advertise $25 with taxes not included they shouldn't advertise that at all. It is extremely misleading and has been probably one of the most expensive moves I've ever done.

The van was very dirty, not cleaned from previous customer. Mud and dirty tires. Would have expected a cleaner van. I CAN NOT OPEN THE INVOICES EMAILED TO ME.

No one was in the office at the pick up time, called left a voice mail and never got a response. After much lost time callled U-Haul and did online check in. The U-Haul customer service was good in helping me through the mobile pick up. Also no dollie or furniture pads in the the truck that I ordered. KMC Motorsports should not be a U-Haul dealer! Horrible customer service!

The guarantee actually being guaranteed. I was bounced from location to location. Then when I finally got a location that had the equipment available the app check in system was not working. It took an hour to get verified and given the code for the key.

The grass was wet because of the rain where the rest of the trucks were at. There was no concrete parking. I got all my shoes wet and muddy because of it. But other than that it was excellent.

Try not to switch reservations, then after an hour, literally re-reserve at the ORIGINAL LOCATION that was in the reservation. It took me forever, plus when I went to pick up, the app was not working.

Lady reimbursed me but still waiting to see it hit my credit union- out $60+ dollars until the reimburse actually takes effect. I returned the vehicle the same day as i rented it- no excuse- looked like common practice for this location as I was told to put the Uhaul key in the box and the gentleman who looke dlike a mechanic would check the vehicle in later...a day later and they tried to charge me- UNSAT!!! Once that I see the funds back in my credit union then I will be ok- but still this was unexpected and I felt robbed!!!

Returned vehicle June 1st. MKC Motorsports website says they open at 9am. It was not open. I returned using the app and was there until 930am. Still not open. Another customer had an appointment to pick up a vehicle and there was no one to help her. She was there when I arrived and was still there waiting when I left.
