No on was there doing pickup or drop off, so I can't comment on their service.

Angelica GGet rid of the online vehicle checkout, and do weekly or monthly vehicle maintenance check. Also, when you inconvenience your customers by not having the vehicle at the location requested, provide a closer or same distance pickup location.

TAMMY BWasn't clean at all. No gas in there. But recorded by your staff. That there was darn near a full tank. Pictures shown of the specific truck was not what was in front of us. Poor customer service at the location. Took an hour to pick up the reservation once there. Returning it was an absolute nightmare as well. Took over an hour to return vehicle. Due to an inefficient app. Next time I will rent directly from uhaul location
Christi BWas suppose to keep the truck over night but in the middle of moving (after sun went down) we were pulled over by Riverdale police due to the truck not having back lights, so we dropped it off early which forced us to pay for a truck from someone else to finish our moving the next day. I also paid for a dolly and it was not in the truck. The gas was completely on E and we badly made it to the gas station which is across the street. I reached out to uhaul and spoke with someone who told me to give this location a call during business hours in which I have been unsuccessful in reaching someone. I would NOT be back here and would not recommend.
Trayc JFor self-check in, the pictures of the truck did not match the condition of the truck. When walking through to verify the condition of the truck, we had to take several pictures to show the updated condition of the truck. The truck is leaking oil and left a large oil stain on our new drive way. I will not be renting from this location again.

keisa bI scheduled my pickup 2 weeks in advance using the website to avoid any hiccups.. I was disappointed greatly. 1. Had to call 3 times to get my pickup scheduled, the app said someone would call my by June 11 and no one did. So I called on the 2. 8pm the night before move I get a call to say they needed to reschedule where I am picking truck out send me 10 miles from my town to get it. 3. When I get to the Jonesboro location I am told they can’t find the keys. I wait for 30 min to find out I then needed to drive 20 min further away from my house to get another truck. The manager was then very rude to me even though I was being very cordial and was not making a fuss. She only offered to cancel the pickup. This was the most stressful part of moving. This was a complete joke. I would have a hard time ever recommending U-Haul to anyone ever agian.
matthew STell the customer upfront and be honest about the long process of going online like have Driver license and credit card ready at all times with pen & paper... Not only that nobody over there is going to help you... Rude!!! I appreciate the young man with customer service ?? he's a sweet ?? and help me through it all ??????
Octavia WDelay getting truck because a code was missing-no one knew anything that was going on.Gave me the truck keys without signing any paperwork or getting any information. The sales representative smelled like marijuana. He never even looked inside the truck to see if it worked,checked miles or gas amount.I did not get what I ordered, but was charged for it. Was charged an unauthorized amount on my credit card.Was told at drop off that if I was stopped I would have been considered in a stolen truck,
