Uhaul sent me all over town to different locations and with each new stop nobody had the truck i ordered equipment was rusted wheels barely moved and after all this uhaul charged me double what was discussed on the phone.

I didn't notice that there wasn't a built-in ramp on the 10' box truck. Therefore, it was a struggle to get some larger items loaded & unloaded. I would suggest a LARGE notification on-line to customer's, or a verbal advisement from the rental place. Also, possibly offer manual ramps when picking up the truck. Thank you.

Quick and easy rental pick up. Quick and easy rental return. Moving is a lot of work but renting from uhaul made it go faster.

Your scheduling system is horrible. Every person I dealt with at Uhaul was amazing. Each one said the scheduling system was horrible. We experienced that as well. I called my local store to ask for a reservation. She set me up with 15 foot trailer from some other location but told me I'd have to call the main Uhaul # to confirm. She was very Helpful!! I then called the Main Uhaul # and the gentleman I spoke to was awesome. He found me a 15foot trailer and gave me extra miles and an extra day. When we went to pick up the trailer, the man (again very kind) said that we were returning the next day, the price was double and we had to return it to Wadsworth, not the Uhaul closest to us. He did some rearranging and confirmed that all was well with our reservation and sorry for the confusion. Then, on Sunday, the day before we were to return it, I get a phone call from the Holly store saying that we were to have already returned the truck to their store. We still had a day left on our reservation AND we weren't anywhere close to the Holly store, we were told we could return it to the one closest to us. Then, I called the main # AGAIN and she verified that someone had gone into the system and changed our reservation. She switched it back and said we were good... BUT... really wanted us to take it back the Holly BIg Toy Box store because they had NO 15 foot trucks and needed ours badly. Fine, we decided to unload and return the truck that night before the Holly Store closed. When we got to the Holly store our reservation was once again wrong. The gentleman helping us (very kind) could not figure out what was going wrong. So, I called the Main Uhaul # AGAIN... and they had to coach the gentleman at the store how to fix it online. AND, the gentleman said that they system is always like this AND that they had NO NEED for the 15 foot trailer, they had plenty on the lot. Overall everyone I spoke to at Uhaul was helpful but I was on the phone 6 times for one reservation and it the reservation was different everytime I talked to someone. I would highly suggest you work on a new reservation system.

I would NEVER recommend Uhaul to anyone. I reserved out Uhaul online a week before out move. On our moving day we were told that they did not have the correct truck available at the location I had elected, they directed us to another location and again this location did no have the truck we needed. We were finally directed to a third location, this location had the truck needed however the location was so unorganized. We had hired movers to help load out truck and do to all of the incorrect directions of where to located the appropriate truck we were unable to use the movers we had hired.

I would recommend this location, but I had started the day at another UHaul location and it was a disaster. I stood in line for 20 minutes and then another when I got to the desk as the gentleman made key stroke after key stroke after key stroke. [I had reserved the trailer the evening before online]. Finally, we hooked up the trailer and discovered I had a tail light out. He refused to let me leave with the trailer until the light was fixed. I cancelled the contract, had the tail light replaced and headed south to Kipling Sinclair. Within five minutes I left with the needed trailer?!? Amazing how easy it was ...

For people renting for the first time or that don't rent very often, explain to them the on-line drop off process when people are picking up their rental. This would have saved me a lot of time.

The man who was there at drop off was very helpful. We wanted to drop off the dolly early and park the full truck for 2 days and he allowed us to do that.

This was not my preferred pick up location. They changed it and never notified me. In fact I never received any notification that my truck was ready. No one would answer the phone at the location U-Haul changed it to. It was a huge pain in the ass to figure out what was going on. I ended up driving to the god damn location the day before pick up to make sure my truck was reserved. Thank U-Haul! You suck ass!!!!

brake lights on car dolly were cut, we had to rewire them ourselves, they did not have any electrical tape so he brought us scotch tape, took forever to get going, Also windows were full of bugs, definitely was not inspected before pick up and with as much as we paid , ridiculous. The manager was trying hard, however we did not need that as much as the equipment to be ready to go, which we ended up fixing ourselves

The only issue is that I rented the truck with the intention of checking it out with my mobile device using the UHaul app. The system allowed me to reserve it for mobile pickup, but would not let me do it once I got there. Also, UHaul needs to look at their website. I find it a pain to use. Let me know if you want details.

When i picked up my rental, I was charged twice and one was a 200.00 deposit that should not have been charged. The Equipment fell apart in transport, did not receive any paperwork, and all information about what I was transporting was wrong as well as my personal vehicle information. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN

The left inside rear tire blew out 400 miles into our 2000 mile trip. Left us stranded on the side of the interstate for 2 hours. We were told it would take 45 minutes. When I called back after 2 hours I was told it was not their fault and they hung up on me. We were left in a dangerous situation and it didn't seem to matter to U Haul.

I made a reservation on line, detailing both the vehicle I was towing with, and also the vehicle to be towed. When I got to the U-haul location, the guy there told me he couldn't rent me the car dolly because I wasn't towing a FWD vehicle. I made it very clear in my reservation that the vehicle to be towed was 4WD. You guys need to get on the same page -- hugely frustrating!

I was not happy with the customer service from Arizona. The call center woman was not very understanding in the fact that the original place that I was told to drop off the U-Haul no longer excepted Uhaul‘s. She was not very forthcoming in helping me find another place to drop the U-Haul off. I needed to drop the U-Haul off because I was going to be getting on an airplane and heading back to Wichita. I was not happy with the fact that they told me that I would be charged more because I could not drop my Uhaul off at the same place that I was told to drop it off. It was not my fault that Uhaul lead me to believe that the place that I had set up to return the U-Haul was no longer in the Uhaul business. I have paperwork that specified this particular place as being my drop off point. Two different women told me that I would be charged more to drop the truck off when it was no fault of my own that the 10390 w 38th Street, Wheat Ridge, Colorado location was no longer valid. I was told that I could return the truck to the place where I picked it up (Wichita, Kansas) or be charged more money. It was a one way trip. VERY FRUSTRATING and pretty rude. I had a wonderful man at 4901 Kipling, Wheat Ridge solve my problem for me and I really appreciate his help. Someone needs to train the call service how to problem solve and help people when the U-Haul service itself screws up. I am not happy with the two people that I spoke to on the phone. They were ill-prepared to solve a problem ofU-Hauls making- no fault of my own. Poor service. The station at 4901 Kipling was more than outstanding and should be congratulated for going above and beyond. They truly saved my day.

If I could put absolutely no to all of these I would. I have dealt with this guy twice now and he is the absolute worst human being. Rude in every sense of the word. I had a piece of plastic (thin painters tarp bunched up) in the back of the truck and he said if I didn't take it out he would charge me $25. So I literally grabbed it, walked 5 feet, and put it in his trash can. Same for a coffee up in the cab.
