So to be blunt - these guys are the best !!! The attitude is one of what can we do to help you get your move done. Kind, courteous, just plain easy to deal with. No BS whatsoever. Totally enjoyed dealing with them. When I turned the truck in they were kind enough to give me a lift home. Compared to the other U-Haul dealer in our one horse town these guys shine hard and fast !!!
dave gThe truck was clean but it had an exhaust issue!! From the moment I drove off the sound was so loud! When we dropped it off the guy asked about it and I reported it was like that when I got it. I just thought it was normal, I’ve never driven a U-Haul before.
Kendra CThe truck developed a leak in the passenger side rear drum. It did not effect the move, but was a concern.
JERRY ANo contact with anyone but left the trailer as instructed by the sign in the window. We took plenty of pictures to prove we dropped the trailer off.
Justin FYou should offer a 6 hour rate for in town on the trailers. It would also be nice if you offered a military discount.

David HI dont appreciate having to drive to two locations to get my equipment then get charged for extra miles. It’s ridiculous I drove straight to my home loaded and then to my destination. I didn’t go any place extra.

Robert PTow dolly had a tail light taped in with electrical tape and it fell put half way through the trip. Also, the straps on the tow dolly did not like to stay locked down and had to stop every 100 miles to tighten them back up. At one point, one of the straps came completely off the wheel.

Tim RParking lot was small and unsure of where to park. They were closed upon arriving even though we arrived 15 mintues before closing time stated on website. A few hours after drop off we were charged an extra $40 for reasons unknown.

Michael SRequested a 26 foot U-Haul a week in advance and when I arrived to pick it up they had given it away to another customer. I had to settle for a 15 foot U-Haul with the option of renting a trailer. I will not rent from this location again.

I explained to him the trouble I had at pick up and he assured me he would take care of everything else from there regarding my drop off.

PHYLLIS CThe transmission seemed t o be slipping. The cab of the truck was very dirt. The dash was sticky, there were cigarette butts in the ash tray and the truck smelled of cigarettes smoke. Made for a very unpleasant five hour drive.
Larry PKillane's are easy to work with for pick-up/delivery. They go over and beyond what most U-Haul rental sites do. Equipment is clean, safe, and they tell you what to expect when pulling a trailer.
DawnJM Stank was lower than 1/4 and i didn't get a voucher to bring it up to. I was informed when I dropped off that i should have. Overall, this facility was ok but my whole experience was absolute trash and i will never use this company again.
