Sandi RI reserved a truck & trailer for our move 1100 mi from TX to FL Imagine my surprise as I drove away and it had no cruise control, no Bluetooth and not even automatic locks. I used my smartphone to navigate my route and talking on be phone to answer business calls were very challenging ( as it's illegal to hand hold your phone & pulling off the hwy was a nuisance ). Not having cruise control was shocking to me since driving that distance I am accustomed to using it ( the manual locks was something I could live with) When we opened the back there was trash we had to sweep out ( not alot but enough to annoy me)

armando mthe ten foot truck does not have a ramp. I wasted $80 for a 15 min round trip and didn't get to use any part of it

William CI tried for 4 days to get a uhaul when I finally got one I paid cash for it. I went from Danville road to right across from Johnny ozark to my storage building and the gas station then back to the uhual place that same day and was sent a bill saying I used 84 miles IMPOSSIBLE. I received a refund for my inconvenience and now I'm being over charged like you guys want the refund back that's outrageous and ridiculous. Uhaul should be more convenient and less expensive! There is no need to pay over 200 dollars for a uhaul from Kilgore to Kilgore there isn't 84 miles in Kilgore. You guys might have a sucker but I'm not it!!!

travis OThe key to my truck was not in the lock box like it should have been, so I called customer service and they sent me to another location to pick up a different smaller truck. When I got to that location, I was put on hold with them for an hour before they then told me that there was no truck available at that location. They then informed me that there was no truck available within 20 miles of my location, and that I would have to wait until a location opened up again the next morning. My move was delayed a full day as a result, and I had to stay up late that evening waiting for a truck that was apparently unavailable. I also did not receive any refund whatsoever.
Joseph MThe program online is very helpful for the rental process but yet has some issues, I had to call customer service to extend my rental by a day due to online wasn't working. Also, to calculate actual mileage, where I was loading and unloading, was not calculated, only the truck pickup and drop off. Need to be able to put actual addresses in the program.

THERESA BThe truck that I reserved was not there when I went to pick it up in longview. So i had to have someone take me to Kilgore , which was out the way for me. I had movers waiting on me that I had to pay by the hour, then once we get there, the dolly I resrved was not available, and i had heavy washer dryers , fridge to move. The entire experianc was bad, and i should have been given a discount!
